$39.84 and they (new person left unsupervised I’m told) and she left out both fries, all sauces I asked for, ordered 6 pc Mac bites got 4, ordered jalapeño poppers large got 4. Called and mgr said to come back I was already home (it’s a dang drive thru). Offered to “make a note next time” well no this was the last time sir. To many other times I have be cheated by this store on connector 3 in dalton Georgia. I WILL NOT EAT AT ANY ARBYS FOR QUITE SOME TIME. I deal in customer service everyday and I would be fired for this! Just sad this is what YOU as a manager let go. I guess being on the side of an interstate the store will let happen. What happened to OWNER/operator? INSPECT WHAT YOU EXPECT.

I went into the restaurant to order breakfast. I asked for no ice in my drink. The lady that was taking my order, was also manager. She told me that I would have to pay an extra dollar to get a drink with no ice. I just turned around and walked out without finishing my order. I love Arby’s and I plan my stops around truckstops that has them. I am a truck driver so I knew there was an Arby’s at this truckstop. I literally passed hundreds of restaurants to get to this Arby’s on my way home. I was super disappointed to say the least. I am also calling corporate. I have stopped at Arby’s all across the United States and I have never heard of this.

Stood at counter jasmine was working the counter did not great me and when finally came to register didn't say anything just had to hope she was ready to take my order. Need better customer acknowledgement and service.
