The kitchen is just a tad slow, but that's a small price to pay for the quality of the food. Fish tacos, wings, corn, fried avocado, all excellent. Never a bad meal. Service polite and attentive, atmosphere js comfortable. Overall experience A+.
The food at Baja coop is always fresh and delicious. Great variety of foods to choose from. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere! Alex H is an incredible server. He goes above and beyond every visit we make.

Hudson is amazing. When I walked up to Baja Coop today, he was hanging the moon, saving a kitten in a tree and solving world hunger all at the same time. Oh yeah, the nachos were awesome too.
