10 mins til close, wouldn't respond. Had to pull to the window and blow horn to get assistance with 4 people inside. Stated they couldn't hear the alarm of the drive thru because they were mopping. Ordered chicken sandwich combo with Mac and cheese. Waited 15 mins for food... sandwich was cold, no Mac and cheese in the bag. Instead there were cold, old fries, they put a box of 2 thighs and 2 wings that were cold and very old. Mash potatoes and beans. I didn't need or want extra food, I just wanted something warm to eat after driving for 10 hrs. We don't have a Bojangles in Florida, so I always look forward to visiting when traveling. If this would have been my first time ever eating here, I'd never be back. Now I know to avoid Bojangles in Dalton, Ga.

Food was over cooked & terrible! This place is filthy and shame on the franchise owner for not keeping the place up. Only good thing about this Bo Jangles was the service. Very nice people working there. They and the customers deserve better!

Great food but the biscuits were too cumbly. Fell apart around the chicken.
Since sold out to the Franchise this store has gone to crap. The employees are great. But I think bojangles need to take the store back. I have been doing breakfast here for over three years and never seen it this bad not even during covid

It's Bojangles man if you haven't had it you need too and I've not had a bad piece of chicken or biscuit from them yet I wish they'd bring back the pimento cheese though I miss it

2 days ago I stopped at a Bojangles in Hixson Tennessee got me a chicken sandwich at Bos chicken it was amazing probably inch and a half thick crispy juicy it was amazing. Stop at one in Dalton Tennessee today got the same chicken sandwich it was a quarter inch thick on one end probably and half inch on the other smaller than the bun and dry and cold
