Employees are always pleasant. Food is good for the most part. Sometimes the occasional rinky dink piece of chicken but that’s beyond their control. Food hot and fresh. Today I tried the Bo-Rito and it is delicious. Front counter clerk was pleasant as usual.

It took 23 minutes to get a 8 Pc box chicken and biscuits only. Seems like they think they will not have enough business to cook ahead. They are following Popeyes lead. They will probably be boarded up in a few months. The biscuits they had 3 trays of were hard as a rock I guess waiting on the chicken.

Your establishment on Cleveland Highway in Dalton, Georgia has a serious management problem. We waited 30 minutes to dine in to receive our food. I finally went up and asked about our food. The young woman behind the counter, said I was rude. I have every right to ask where is our order is then she said in a bad tone do you want your money back I said you damn right I do by this time I was upset. There were 4 cars in the drive through pulled up waiting on food 2 people had call in orders waiting and we were in the dining room also. It was dirty broom laying in the floor trash in the floor. This happened on 6/6/25 at 8:00pm you are opened until 10:00 pm no excuse. We went to Zaxby’s we walked and got her food within eight minutes and sitting and eating we waited at establishment for 30 minutes and didn’t receive our food.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Bri for absolutely killing it at work. Even during the rush, they stayed calm, friendly, and on top of everything. My order was right, fresh, and came out fast — but what stood out most was their energy. You can tell they care about doing a good job and making people feel welcome, which honestly makes a big difference in a fast-paced place like this.

10 mins til close, wouldn't respond. Had to pull to the window and blow horn to get assistance with 4 people inside. Stated they couldn't hear the alarm of the drive thru because they were mopping. Ordered chicken sandwich combo with Mac and cheese. Waited 15 mins for food... sandwich was cold, no Mac and cheese in the bag. Instead there were cold, old fries, they put a box of 2 thighs and 2 wings that were cold and very old. Mash potatoes and beans. I didn't need or want extra food, I just wanted something warm to eat after driving for 10 hrs. We don't have a Bojangles in Florida, so I always look forward to visiting when traveling. If this would have been my first time ever eating here, I'd never be back. Now I know to avoid Bojangles in Dalton, Ga.
