Ordered online, parked in designated area.Called 3 times. Lobby was packed so I went through the drive thru and asked if I could get my order that way, told her i could go park in that area again, but wanted to let someone know i was there for my order since i couldnt get someone on the phone. Lady was super rude and I tried to say I had already been waiting 45+ minutes, but she just ignored me and talked to the customer ahead of me about me being ridiculous trying to go through the drive thru for my online order.I normally try to be understanding with a service area, but she was just rude from the beginning and didnt really need to talk about me to other customers. I know the inside was busy, but I also ordered online for a reason and just wanted my food without getting out of my car, which they hadn't even started cooking yet.

Went to get a chicken biscuit at 9pm today and this young girl with the fake super long nails touching the headset, Cash register and I get to the window and she is the one preparing my food with no gloves on when asked about gloves she said they ran out of gloves and couldn’t afford to get more because they are too expensive at the store and she said she could make it again and use napkins or something, Ridiculous and disgusting!

This bojangles was slow and the bathroom was disgusting we waited 20 minutes before our food was given the workers don’t seem to care they won’t out and weren’t working the whole time. We were the only ones here as well this place is awful don’t recommend!!!

Went through here this morning 02/28/2024 at 7:19 am. Was given the wrong drink and when I pointed this out to the lady she tells me I gotta keep it!! I have nowhere to put this drink. It is a large when I ordered a regular. I explained this to her and she tells me I’m sorry I cannot take this back and when I push the matter she gets angry and tells me that she’s not going to give me my food now and then I need to leave, I questioned if she charged my account and if so I needed to get a refund. She hand me my card back and says no I did not when I get home and check my account. Yes they did charge me and it is pending in my bank account I will never do business here again.

Placed a mobile order sat at the curve side waiting for 15 minutes tried calling got no answer. Had to go through drive through to get any response and was told to come in was given cold food that was just awful.

I used the mobile app to order curb-side. Arrived to this location only for them not to answer the phone (which is what I was instructed to do by the app). After several attempts to call with no success I decided to go to the drive thru window to pick up. Mind you it's 26 degrees with a wind-chill of 11. Thinking this would be the best option with all things considered. NOPE was told I had to come in and pick-up. How hard was it for someone to grab the order with my name on it and hand it out the window? Apparently they need to work on customer service.

This last trip was a large disappointment...the new worker couldnt fix a biscuit gravy add tomato and the gravy wad too thin and dont even ask me how much i HATE the change in the tea...wont ever order their tea again...
