Staff was polite and courteous. They were a bit dis organized.
Food was awful. Gravy was bland
Thinnest amount of egg I've ever had on a breakfast sandwich
Bacon had enough salt to make the maiden voyage
to the states
Hash browns greasy and not quite cooked
Chicken patties almost looked freezer burnt and were thin.
This was my first experience there and was less than impressed

Don't expect fresh food items. Most items are cooked at least an hour or more before serving and sitting in a warmer. There were 6 columns of sandwiches sitting under the warmer. It only took 2 minutes to get my 5 piece tenders, and that's from the start of the order to out the door. They were slightly above room temperature. The biscuit was the only fresh item in the box. The restaurant is clean with plenty of parking.

The biscuits were hot & fresh. I also ordered a family size fry , which is almost $5 . I was given a fry container that was half full of fries. When I ask the young lady about it she said they now have to weigh the fries for size not the container size as it always has been . I won't be back there paying $4.69 for fries that would fit in a small container.
Quick and simple stop for a quick bite at a reasonable price...
That is not a hamburger

Lady said she was the gm and she was rude. Food was burnt and cold. Fries were stale and tasted like they had been sitting under the lamp for hours. Definitely would not recommend

Good customer service but very bad coffee....thin and weak, virtually flavorless.
At 6:45 a.m. on a Saturday, I expected my food to be fresh, not old hard biscuits and soggy Cold bo rounds. Waste of $20. and to top it off the employee was So Hateful and Rude! I won't go back. I had to ask 3X to finally get coffee creamer, she first threw sweet n low in the bag and told me they didn't have any creamer, I argued with her and told her I didn't need sweet n low or sugar or anything but creamer and wouldn't have purchased 2 coffees had I known that they were out, and then she slams the window stomps off acted like it Killed her to grab some and throw it my bag. A whole 3 creamers for 2 cups of coffee so I then went to Chik Fil a and purchased MORE coffee in order to get creamer. I Should have just gone there to begin with, where they give you your order fresh with a smile on their face and say My Pleasure!

It seems they are always short on help. The cashier will take a couple of orders, then walks away to help get the orders ready, then she will come back and do it all over again. So basically she's or he is doing 2 jobs . handling money and the food.

I came in from Florida for a wedding and was fortunate to be at a hotel near this location. The manager was so damned nice. I wish this company would come to Florida! Food was fresh fried and delicious.

We ordered it 30 minutes before online. Online it said that it would be ready in 15 minutes but when we got there they didn't even start making our food

Nothing like sweat and makeup on your biscuits in the morning. The 16 girls at the window couldn't figure out how to put 3 drinks together and 3 biscuits. Absolutely pitiful. Don't sell chicken til 10:30. You're a chicken place..... Only thing positive is it's a beautiful building.
But WON'T be back.
