Make sure to only pay in cash or they run your card 2 times and they still won't refund it and it's been more then a week. I called on Tuesday and called on Friday and i was met with a rude female manager. You made me go 28.08 dollars in the negative. Thanks never coming back .

When I pulled up, they were packed! That didn't stop them from being so good at their job! You could smell the fresh cones being made, the staff was so nice and pleasant! The wait wasn't long, the icecream was fantastic, and just what I needed after a long day in Healthcare. If you've never been, are new to the area, or just passing through you're going to want to visit this location. Best icecream spot in Dalton and never disappoints.

I ordered a cake for my husbands birthday and when I went to pick it up today the online ordering system glitched and never fully processed my order. The management could see my order and that it got kicked out of their system. They made it right and got my husbands cake made for us and it was great!! I just wanted to let people know that they are an excellent company and all our birthdays will be celebrated with Brusters ❤️

I'm so, so happy that they now offer oat milk ice cream!!! I'm severely lactose intolerant, and am limited as to what I can eat, but now I can enjoy ice cream with my friends. They don't feel guilty for eating something I can't normally have, and I don't feel gassy, so it's a win all around! Haha :) The staff are always polite and accommodating, which is a nice bonus as well.

Thank you to Lauren who made the day special for me and my Mamaw. You're absolutely a sweetheart. :) Small gestures go a long way. Seeing my 93 year old Mamaw looking so happy eating ice cream like she was young again was a breath of fresh air.
My family and I love Bruster's! Some of the yummiest icecream I've had and their waffle cones are so good. This location also does lots of fun community days that my kids love.
Dietary restrictions: My family is dye free and their website makes it easy to see what the ingredients are in each flavor!
Kid-friendliness: The cashiers are always so patient when my kids are trying to figure out what they want and are always so sweet when talking to them.
