My boyfriend ordered a hot fudge brownie sundae and asked if there was brownies when it looked really small and not how it usually does. The girl proceeds to look at him like he was dumb and said it was in there. It was not. Thursday at 7:30 so whoever was working at that time, please do better.
It's a nice atmosphere. The ice cream is good but overpriced. That scoop should be priced at no more than $2.50.

Make sure to only pay in cash or they run your card 2 times and they still won't refund it and it's been more then a week. I called on Tuesday and called on Friday and i was met with a rude female manager. You made me go 28.08 dollars in the negative. Thanks never coming back .

When I pulled up, they were packed! That didn't stop them from being so good at their job! You could smell the fresh cones being made, the staff was so nice and pleasant! The wait wasn't long, the icecream was fantastic, and just what I needed after a long day in Healthcare. If you've never been, are new to the area, or just passing through you're going to want to visit this location. Best icecream spot in Dalton and never disappoints.

I ordered a cake for my husbands birthday and when I went to pick it up today the online ordering system glitched and never fully processed my order. The management could see my order and that it got kicked out of their system. They made it right and got my husbands cake made for us and it was great!! I just wanted to let people know that they are an excellent company and all our birthdays will be celebrated with Brusters ❤️
