Every time I’ve been to this burger my food is never cooked correctly. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time it’s the same thing. The patties are never cooked correctly. Save your money, I even told them to make sure the patties were cooked on both sides and it wasn’t.

On 11/24/24 we stopped in to use the restrooms which had pee on the women's and men's toilet. Then we went through the drive-thru and ordered our food. Service was polite and fast but the food was COLD.
I always come and I like the food but I receive bad attention from the cashiers and the men's bathrooms are dirty.

Went to the drive through and was asked to wait. After many minutes spoke through the intercom and was greeted by the rudest employee. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. Her attitude was totally unacceptable. We left without ordering anything and will never be back!!!0She should be terminated immediately.
Store 524 Dalton GA, Out of Coke, CO2, ketchup, worst whopper I ever had. Whopper was cold, onion rings were cold. My wife had a chicken sandwich which was cold also. Wasn't fully cooked. Garbage can was at a door that customers weren't going out anyway. I gave them a review of one. That number was by the grace of my heart.

I come here a few times a year and remember why I don’t eat here. They always get my order wrong and the beverages always taste weird. One time I had to wait over 40 minutes for two burgers and chicken nuggets. I got a sweet tea as well and as soon as I took a sip I immediately spit it out. It tasted gross and I asked them to replace it but they just poured it out and gave me another cup. I took a sip again and it still tasted the same so I just poured it out on the parking lot and my burger honestly looked like it was on the floor and stepped on. I demanded a refund for my food and left. I honestly don’t recommend coming here.
