Came here on a Sunday evening for an impossible burger and a large fry. The large fries was a promotional freebie when ordering any menu item. As expected the line was long due to the local churches letting out. I decided to skip the long drive thru for a more comfortable inside wait since there was no ordering line. While doing so I went ahead and placed my order online and accidentally clicked to pick it up via drive thru. Inside I explained to the cashier what I did and she printed me a ticket and started helping expo the food. The manager, Anna was definitely overwhelmed st the time and the cooks in the back were either caught up or just didn't know what to do because they were just in freeze mode standing. The drive thru associate was staying on the heels of the manager helping her out. To me it seemed like those two were the ones that kept this shift afloat. After a longer than usual wait time Anna called my number and handed me my food and I quickly checked the burger and it was beautiful and hot but the fries would have been acceptable to most however I feel like for waiting so long the fries needed to be hot. The manager was ok with my request and gave me fresh fries.

The burger was very lopsided. I hate to sound nitpicky but when most of the condiments and ingredients are on one half of the burger and a burger is half off the bun it just does not make for an enjoyable eating experience. The onion rings were a bit soggy but the fries were excellent. I didn't have much of a wait before my food was ready. The dining area was nice and clean for the most part.

my parents went to get food from here today and the employees failed to give them everything they ordered and did not give them their food as they had requested. When getting food here double check your food before leaving as they have failed time after time after time even when there is a small screen inside where the food is prep that tells them exactly what you requested and still mange to fail a simple task is beyond my understanding coming from someone who worked in fast food for years.

As someone who stops here most mornings for breakfast I've never had a problem, but this morning I changed my order and I'm guessing that made the cashier mad and Im guessing the drink I had ordered spilt. Well as I get to the window and hand my bank card over she snatches it. Then when handing me my card back she shoves it into my hand just as well with my food when she gave it to me. Now as someone who works in the service industry I get it. It's frustrating for someone to change their mind last minute, but I also know that being rude isn't going to get you or anyone else anywhere.

The food is always fresh! There has been a couple of times when something in my order was missing, but after taking in the receipt and politely informing the staff, they are quick to fix the issue. This is our favorite BK to visit!
