This Burger King has the most generous and caring people I have ever met in my life. There has been two different occasions and they went above and beyond and they just went out of their own way to do everything that they could to help me! One of the times it being my car breaking down in the drive thru.

Great taste and portions are perfect, compared to the other locations here in Dalton. Fast service during breakfast hours. Only had one issue, where I wasn't given a drink, that I had ordered. Once. Only used their drive-thru so far. The location is a bit confusing at first, to those coming off of the interstate while traveling, it may be hard figuring out entering and exiting.

Best original chicken sandwich from any BK I've had. On a road trip and have stopped at many. Even my husband said that smells good and he doesn't like this sandwich. The lettuce was actually crisp. Also chicken fries were super fresh, they didn't want to give us the box that was only out a min because the fryer was done and they wanted to give us the freshest. The staff are so kind and generous and polite. The restraunt is clean and so was the bathroom. The store is well staffed. I will make sure to stop here next trip. Thank you and happy New Year to your staff. Clear sign stating their ingredients origin.Kid-friendliness: They double checked all kids had crowns and happy with their crowns.

Went on 12-9-23 I got cheese sticks that were so cold. And got a classic melt it was cold and the bread was just out of the bag. It was not toasted at all. Want be back. Every time you go here the food is cold.
Eh. They usually get the order wrong. Team members are nice but management is more concerned with moving you up to the corner to wait than making sure your order is correct.

I would go here again if passing by. Food was fresh and hot. Asked me to wait a moment because they just started fresh hashbrowns in the fryer. I don't mind that . Much better than the old stuff that has been sitting around too long.

On 9/21 at 9pm, we ordered and got sent out to park at the curb and wait for our food. Every single person behind us was told to park and wait as well. We waited and waited and waited. This is crazy. Good lord, you're not making filet mignon.

Management problems! Drive-thru was fast until you paid. . . Then you had to pull forward or to the right in a parking spot and wait on someone to run your food out. I waited a few minutes and food was brought to my truck. I eat my food in the parking lot and watched EVERY vehicle was told to pull forward or to the side, it only took a few minutes for the food. Not sure WHY people were not allowed to wait at the window. BAD MANAGEMENT!!!
Went in about 7 pm something and although it took a bit they were amazing and kind grate ppl perfect place to relax and very upbeat
