Our food was burnt. The rest was cooked in old grease! It was disgusting. I literally asked 3 times for someone to fix the lemonade, and all three times the cashier told me that they would if they had time. My husband asked a fourth time, to no avail. The workers here didn’t know anything about good customer service at all. I ate with 7 of my friends and their food was burnt too!! As we left I decided that me and my husband will never go back. This was their third strike- out with us!!!!

I recently visited Captain D’s and ordered the Fish & Shrimp meal with broccoli, along with the Garlic Butter Shrimp and a Grilled Shrimp Skewer. Overall, the food was good. The grilled shrimp skewer was also flavorful and nicely grilled.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the Garlic Butter Shrimp—it was way too oily, which overpowered the flavor and made it less enjoyable. I think it would be much better with a lighter touch on the butter or oil.
The food was ok. the lady at the front was trying her best to run the drive-thru and the front register all by herself, and there seemed to be only one other person in the back trying to keep the food orders up. It wasn't very busy during our visit, but there should be at least 3 people minimum if not 4. The dining room was a mess. Hardly a clean table to be found and the floor between where you give your order and the dining room was a puddle of water not sure if it was from the AC or the drink machine but instead of keeping it mopped up they had one of the yellow slip and fall signs sitting in the middle of it. The to employees they had were doing as best as they could all things considered, but there's no way they could keep up with everything that need done. They deserve a raise and some help. The upholstery on the booths needs some deep clean or out right redone because all the seats looked as if some macanics come to eat and hadn't gotten all the grease from there hands or clothes before sitting down.

I order on line was for 12:50 I got there at 12:45 the food was cold old the fish and shrimp was oily and a side of Mac and cheese was a half cup for 4 dollars is crazy

Number 1 - service was beneath being called service. If I could I would not even give it 1. Number 2 - food was cold. Fries are not good when they are cold. And number 3 - it was 7 30pm and chairs were on top of tables on 3/4 of the dining room. I will not be back.
