The food was ok. the lady at the front was trying her best to run the drive-thru and the front register all by herself, and there seemed to be only one other person in the back trying to keep the food orders up. It wasn't very busy during our visit, but there should be at least 3 people minimum if not 4. The dining room was a mess. Hardly a clean table to be found and the floor between where you give your order and the dining room was a puddle of water not sure if it was from the AC or the drink machine but instead of keeping it mopped up they had one of the yellow slip and fall signs sitting in the middle of it. The to employees they had were doing as best as they could all things considered, but there's no way they could keep up with everything that need done. They deserve a raise and some help. The upholstery on the booths needs some deep clean or out right redone because all the seats looked as if some macanics come to eat and hadn't gotten all the grease from there hands or clothes before sitting down.

I order on line was for 12:50 I got there at 12:45 the food was cold old the fish and shrimp was oily and a side of Mac and cheese was a half cup for 4 dollars is crazy

Number 1 - service was beneath being called service. If I could I would not even give it 1. Number 2 - food was cold. Fries are not good when they are cold. And number 3 - it was 7 30pm and chairs were on top of tables on 3/4 of the dining room. I will not be back.

It's cheaper to get a 2 piece fish w/ fries and hush puppies than to just get 2 pieces of fish, and they don't tell you that, whatever sense that makes.
I rarely if ever complain about restaurants. However, this is most disorganized business I have ever dealt with. Got my order wrong not once but twice. Employees are just laughing and cutting up during a mistake. This is why the restaurant doesn't have a lot of business in the lobby. Check your order before you leave this place. They can't follow basic instructions. One customer was walking out the same time I was going in and he was able to guess they got my order wrong as well , that is how bad it is here.

Went threw the drive threw,normally we have no issues. Today though we had to wait for a while for our food then when we get home it wasn't the sides we ordered. My fish was terrible it tasted old. Also I ordered catfish and this wasn't catfish so my m eat went to the trash.

It was $34 for us to eat in a dirty, run-down restaurant. The food was hot, but everything had black grime on it, from the floors to the chairs to the backs of the booths. Not going back. Like, ever.
