I brought my brothers to Captain D's for the first time. We were traveling so I hadn't been to this location before and I wasn't sure if it would be good service and fresh. They did NOT disappoint!! Service was friendly and the food was fresh and hot! My brothers loved it!!

This Captain Ds has excellent food, but it needs new dining room booth chairs. Where we sat it was very uncomfortable.I was very disappointed because they didn't allow anyone into the sunroom dining room. I always loved eating out there.Also, my husband couldn't use the restroom because the lock on the doordidn't work.We would still eat here. We just wish the owner would fix the place up a bit.

I'm actually upset. The only reason I did not make a scene is because there were several people enjoying their meals. Captain ds was our favorite restaurant. This location exactly, but today they served us rotten fish. So bad they should have been able to smell it cooking. Might has well threw 30 dollars in the trash. I am specifically speaking of the Cleveland highway location. This is the only bad review I have ever left any restaurant but there is no excuse for serving rotten food

By far, the best Captain D's I have ever had. A true eating experience.
Service is quick and friendly as for the food it's a whole different thing. The crab cakes still have plastic film around the edges. There apparently called catfish kitchen online for some reason. Their greenbeans are really good though if your not vegan.

I just had a craving for fish. Their are not many options for fast food. I had a Catfish sandwich, delicious and huge ! Also I ordered 5 sm shrimp for just $1.99! They were delicious also! The only problem I had was getting something to drink, which really has nothing to do with the food. I'm not a Pepsi drinker, only Coke products! That's not enough of a reason not to go! In fact I'm thinking right now maybe stopping by this afternoon for a sandwich!

3577, DALTON, GA #21236 N Glenwood AveDalton, GA, 30721first all i can see why that place dont real do much business any more from the time that i worked for the calhoun ga store as a manager . i placed a online order for 2 family packs and cheese sticks and came about 20 mins later to come pick it up so when i walked in... they where no coustmers and they where doing closing dutys early and the staff all there hair was not put up or wearing any hats and all my food was slammed in the bags and was on the front area not under any kind of heat lamps to keep it warm and i asked how long has my food been sitting on the cold surface? the cashier gets rude and talks back and snaps like how dare i ask that and lies and tells me that she just now bagged it and it was cold ... the frys where like bricks that been the freezer,,, the cheese sticks where like the fish and chicken under done due to the fact that the shift manager pulled them to early or dropped then right after draining the oil for filter and the oil was not fully up to time and he just pulled them on timer going off. this food my kids sick and my wife and i sick to the bones. the male shift manager was to busy flirting with the female young hispanic cashiers to be able to cook safe food and to give that out aleast warm because ours was cold
