I tell them I have a mobile order, they say ok, after waiting behind 3 cars, I get to the window, I tell them about it, they say, oh yeah, I have have been making the other orders behind you, we forgot, grabbed the slip from the mobile orders, then told me to to pull around to the parking spaces, they proceed to make me wait an additional 15 minutes, while I see the 3 cars ahead of me get served. Also the employee cooking, had one glove on, one off. The one at the window literally had his pants sagging beneath his butt.

The milkshakes are runny, not stirred up at all, and the three of us who had ordered them got a big mouthful of strong syrup or flavoring!!! It was disappointing and disgusting!! It was so bad that at first, we couldn’t even tell which was chocolate, strawberry, or vanilla!! Go to Steak & Shake for a good milkshake!

I live 30 minutes away.I picked food up for my husband and myself. $29. I meal, 1 burger and 2 of the ice drinks. Drinks were horrible. When I got home, it was not even what I ordered

Place order in drive thru at 1:20pm. They requested for us to pull around and park in handicap spot. We waited 40 minutes. Our found came out just after 2:00 pm. After watching more then 30 vehicles get their food in the drive thru. Before the food came to us, one of the workers came out and asked us to give them our full order again. They had no explanation. 40 minutes waited for 3 standard meals, nothing extravagant...
The food is decent, however you all need to stop being cheap with the onions and tomatoes. The burgers always have two tiny rings from a slice of an onion and one tiny slice of tomato. Please fix this and I would give you 5 stars.

Being from England I found it strange to have drive through windows on both sides. Great if you pick the right side window and you don't have a passenger. Food tasted good although the #1 Burger looked way bigger that it actually came out, while the chicken #8 was much bigger in comparison.
