I came with a group of 12 and was told ahead of time it would be an abbreviated menu to choose from - I understood that to be optional and we could order from the standing menu as long as we didn’t mind some extra time. Even though it was a mix up in communication they accommodated us wonderfully. Excellent customer service.

While the server came off stand-off-ish at first, he was a good server and was really helpful in suggesting what to order as I had never been here before. The raspberry tea was divine and the soup of the day was very good. The chicken salad sandwich was also very good. The strawberry butter served with the appetizer was amazing and I cannon wait to go back. I do suggest making a reservation but it is not very crowded on weekdays. The feel of this tea room was lovely. The strawberry cake and icecream pie was fantastic as well.

Today was my first time visiting and I can say it was a great experience. The highlight of my lunch was the hot tea I tried. They have a variety to chose from. I went for an herbal tea. Tank you Chelsea's for your amazing establishment. I highly recommend their tea and what they got to offer. I had a seasonal salad for brunch. It was fulfilling.
