Don’t ever leave reviews because I believe it’s unnecessary however I stopped by in the morning to get some breakfast at 7am and found out they where only doing mobile orders, I’ve never did a mobile order so I was struggling to get it to work I was parked in the line just to get rudly told to get of her drive thru the girl was young so I wast going to argue with a little girl however I do remember that chick-fila was all about greetings and courtesy I guess we just hire anyone now… she didn’t care to help came to another location and was helped right away and the workers were coming outside to collect payments on the order so to say it was too Cold like this locations dio is an understatement I just believe this locations is sorry and hires kids who are brats I’d also probably put better signs next time if your going to have the customer take there own orders…

A few times a year it seems that the individuals taking orders at the drive-thru and at the counter have a fetish with cheese I do not like cheese on chicken biscuits I do not ask for chicken and cheese biscuits sometimes the person taking the order will catch it and ask if I want cheese on it which I do not and they'll and they will take the cheese off of the order sometimes like today they don't catch it and I get cheese on my biscuit I know I've done this many times they can key chicken biscuit add egg without cheese being involved please address the proper way to key in orders

Everytime I come here through the drive through (mobile order) I wait at least 15 min for my food to be brought out. This time I waited 28 minutes! Insane.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. So bad, I had to leave a review. The service was nice per usual at a Chick-fil-A but we waited a long time and service was slow only to receive stale fries (they were hot but from the heating lights i asume) and just okay nuggets. Was really hoping for the Chick-fil-A standard or quality fresh food but i reccomend to keep driving. We used the outdoor side of service with the drive through.

The last three times, missing food. Fries...nuggets...and strips. Too far to go back and pick up.
Every “single time “ I go through the drive-thru, I’m greeted with a smile and treated with kindness. The staff makes sure I have everything I need, and the food is always fresh and consistent. I also appreciate that they’re closed on Sundays, honoring a day of rest. Truly one of the best places to eat.

I really don't like their breaded chicken. I'm glad they have grilled options. Even in their busiest moments, they still manage to keep with demand. And most of all, keep the dining area clean. That's something slow restaurants can't seem to accomplish anymore..
