Yesterday I placed an order for a drink at the Dalton Mall Chick-fil-A. I waited 20 minutes for this drink, that is outrageous waiting 20 minutes for a SINGLE drink. I got there before many other customers and these customers that had gotten big orders of food got their orders first than me. Isn’t mobile ordering suppose to be less time consuming than going in store or through regular drive thru? If so why am I waiting 20 minutes for one drink. The Dalton Mall Chick-fil-A just keeps disappointing me more and more.

For the past 6 or 7 times I had done curbside mobile app drive-thru. All of those takes 35 to 45 minutes to get my food and then half the time. It's not correct. They have got some major issues going on at this store service is a zero The employees bring your food out to the curbside and they look like they're totally lost. Not sure if they can read or if they just have not been trained

I get my sauces about 30% of the time through this Chick-fil-A drive through. The design of being on the back side of a mall makes it difficult to get the missing dressing/sauces without going into the restaurant by walking through the mall. One star returned because they're always polite and the food is standard Chick Fil A quality.
Edit: literally the day after I left this they forgot the chicken on my salad! I'm driving across town from now on.

I'm at the drive-thru weekly and every time they deliver my drinks they are cover in soda, it's on top of the lid and running down the side of the cup. Please have someone wipe this off before you bring it to someone's car. I have to clean it up and check the lid before I can drive off.

This is the slowest drive thru. I place a mobile order to save time then waited in the line watching cars come and go through the regular drive thru. My order was nothing Complicated. I'd rather go out of my way than support this location.

I love this Chik-fil-a and usually just order curbside, but a friend and I went in this time. Everything was excellent: clean, pleasant employees, and great food. The only problem is out of their control. The seating is in the mall itself, and the acoustics are terrible! It is very difficult to hear. I wish they still had seating inside their location.
