I really don't like their breaded chicken. I'm glad they have grilled options. Even in their busiest moments, they still manage to keep with demand.
And most of all, keep the dining area clean. That's something slow restaurants can't seem to accomplish anymore..

Yesterday I placed an order for a drink at the Dalton Mall Chick-fil-A. I waited 20 minutes for this drink, that is outrageous waiting 20 minutes for a SINGLE drink. I got there before many other customers and these customers that had gotten big orders of food got their orders first than me. Isn’t mobile ordering suppose to be less time consuming than going in store or through regular drive thru? If so why am I waiting 20 minutes for one drink. The Dalton Mall Chick-fil-A just keeps disappointing me more and more.

For the past 6 or 7 times I had done curbside mobile app drive-thru. All of those takes 35 to 45 minutes to get my food and then half the time. It's not correct. They have got some major issues going on at this store service is a zero The employees bring your food out to the curbside and they look like they're totally lost. Not sure if they can read or if they just have not been trained
