Came in over the weekend with my family. Our waitress Heather was the absolute best! She was very attentive and personable and just made us feel like we were family. Not to mention yall were rather busy at the time we were there but she never missed a beat and kept a very happy and bubbly spirit about her! My kids absolutely loved her as well. And the food was perfect as well. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Arrived and had a 10-15 min wait, we were sat within that time. Reasonable time on attendance to our table. After that the experience was terrible. I have been planning coming here for a week with my family so we could try the cheese sticks. Ordered plain and Nashville hot which are quite messy. I ordered a presedente Margareta and when it came it was only half a shaker full. The drinks came....no straws. The cheese sticks came, no napkins, no plates which I asked for and was told they had to go take an order first. 15 min later no napkins, no plates and cold food. I had to literally go to the ladies room and get napkins and wash my hands of the Nashville hot sauce and bring napkins from the bathroom to the table. I usually don't complain but napkins, utensils and plates should not have to be asked for and the experience was ruined. The server came back 5 min after I went and got napkins from the bathroom to ask of we were good only to realize we needed them 20 min ago. I will drive to any other location from now on

It’s Chilis! Always great. I’ve never once had a bad experience at any Chilis and we also get the triple dipper and some burgers!
Excellent value for the size of the meals. Food was well cooked and tasty. Our server Megan was awesome. First time at this location. We will be back.

My boyfriend and I have gone here for the third time in the last year to eat and have some drinks. This is the third time we have experienced mediocre to poor service, despite bringing the poorly cooked meat to their attention. The first two times were red meat, the last time was chicken. The 3rd and last time that was chicken was Sunday, November 23rd. We went to Chili's because they were the only nearby bar showing the Cleveland Browns game on the NFL. Initially, they weren't even on our minds because of the last two times that we ate raw red meat. The first time we ate it, we both got sick. Although we did tell the manager that, all he offered was free dessert. That was not the response we were expecting, but we kindly declined and said it was fine, even though we both later fell ill from it. The third time, what upset us the most when we told this to the staff was that instead of apologizing, she just asked if she could get us something else, very pleasantly. We asked for egg rolls, and she did bring us back quite a bit. No discount, no apologies, just enough to barely make us happy, I guess. I don't think we will ever go back. I think management should improve their cooking; it's a professional chain, so there are no excuses, and the way the staff responds to our complaints about the food. People can obviously get very sick from eating raw or undercooked food, so I don't understand the nonchalant, unapologetic attitude. Our male server was great, no complaints there.
