Food was not ready when we were told via text message to pick up. Open the highly advertised mozzarella logs in car to take a bite and they are cold. Cheese was cold just crumbled apart . Highly disappointed .

We ordered chili's to go and once again, the order was ready ahead of time, it was accurate. It was fresh and the food was great. We ordered dessert. It was packaged well, kept intact, and was very well done, considering we had the molten lava cake with ice cream. we recommend this location and we recommend their food. every time we visit this location, we have a good experience

This was the driest and oldest hamburger I have ever received from a restaurant. I walked in and ordered at the to go counter. The service was slow and not inviting. I didn't check the order until I arrived back at my hotel, but after a few bits, the sandwich was getting worse. After examining it, you could see that it was not fresh, probably a day old at least. The cheese was breaking up.

We had a large party and tried to call twice to join the waitlist and they put us on hold both times therefore after 15 minutes we hung up both times. Then when we brought it up to the hostess she gave us attitude and was giving us nasty looks.

This place had a gritty and unclean vibe! A look through the door showed a disgusting kitchen, with food scattered on the floor. The corn tortillas just crumbled apart! We weren't even offered any chips & salsa!
Absolute worst experience of any chain restaurant Iāve ever been to hands down. Between undercooked food and terrible customer service Iāll never be back that is for certain.

Waited 45 minutes for food my girlfriends order was fine but my steak came out still pink on the outside and all my food was cold. The waitress looked annoyed that I said something and the food was almost completely unchanged after was brought back. Won't be coming back to this chillies

š©Donāt waste your time or money. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I placed a phone curbside Togo Order the night Before the snow came in 1/9/25. I waited in the handicap Togo spot but apparently they canāt bring out orders to disabled people(there words not mine) but ok I got out and came in. Not only did they totally mess up the order, but the food is itself was burnt(I took pic & video so you could SEE how burnt/hear how hard by me knocking on it, yes it was that hard). I didnāt open the bag till I got home because I didnāt think that I needed to check the food before I left. BIG MISTAKE on my part. Tried to call them but guess they had closed, then I tried to call for the next 2 days to talk to some one( I can understand due to weather) but when they opened back up and finally spoke to the manager to explain the situation and in a run down was like āIām so sorry here is a $20 egift cardā and this was AFTER a whole back an forth and me even telling him I still had the UNEATEN food/ pic/ video and call log showing where I tried to call for days. I didnāt want and e-gift card at that point I wanted my $$ back. I spent $35 and got a $20 e-gift card. So Iām out of my $$ because no I DONT want to eat here again. Again the food was NOT EATEN still in a bag so I could bring it back. Order was ā3 for Meā Chicken bacon ranch quesadilla/bowl of potato soup(potatoes were not cooked) & BBQ Brisket quesadilla. š¶ļø yāall should be ashamed.
