I came to Chipotle to get my food and had a terrible experience. The girl who served me around 7:10 pm attended me with a very bad attitude and gave me a very small amount of food. I asked for lettuce, just a little rice, and carne asada, and she barely served anything. They also didn’t have pico de gallo.

The service in Dalton is really bad, which is disappointing because I am a regular customer. In Chattanooga, the service is excellent and all the employees are friendly and helpful.

Very disappointing experience.

6:30 pm they are open until 10 out of Pico told me out of lettuce but they found some ordered carne asada told me he was out other employee told him there was enough for 1 order on i guess take out table as he left and went around the corner. Then they hand it to me to go after I told them it was for dine in. A real shame that they have no managers at night. The atmosphere was not good employees act as if you are bothering them to order. Although it seems like a smile and customer service is a thing of the past. What a shame we have been looking forward to a Chipotle here in dalton. One saving grace we can go back to dos bros and enjoy a great meal with a smile.

Today is October 31 2:00 PM. I stopped at the chipotle, Calhoun. There was a heavyset Caucasian male at the front counter. He wasn’t too friendly. He didn’t greet me or asked what would I have so I begin speaking my order. I asked for a rice chicken bowl. He put one and a half size of rice in the large bowl and spread it around to try to cover the bottom. Then a half of a small size spoon of the two different chicken. I asked for more chicken, he replied, that’s the amount I usually give. I told him to keep the bowl and I walked out. I don’t know why chipotle service is unfairly. I experienced the same at chipotle in Cartersville. My nephew and I did a takeout a they put so much servings in his bowl the lid wouldn’t fit the bowl. They gave me enough for a one year old. There is an African-American young lady that works at the Calhoun location and she serve you the correct way and I wish I knew her name. If I stop there ever again I’ll make sure she’s working.

8:00 at night and they are out of lettuce, pico, and sour cream. I paid extra for guacamole that I never got. Called the store number and it sends you to an answering service and NOT the store. Customer service sucks. $60 dollars and the food isn’t worth it.

I go in on my lunch break and every time I go in the crew is extremely nice, especially Liz! She’s always smiling and helpful. You can tell she cares a lot about the customers! The food is also always tasty and fresh!

These reviews can not be true. I have gone in many times and have not experienced anything bad. The store is always clean and if it’s dirty it may just be bc some ppl don’t know how to clean up after themselves. The crew is extremely nice and friendly. They are knowledgeable about the food and the food always taste amazing when I go.

i don't know who's seasoning the rice over there but they need a raise, a medal, and maybe a national holiday. chipotle isn't just food - it's a spiritual experience. that first bite of a perfectly wrapped burrito? life slows down. birds start singing. the guac might cost extra but so does happiness, and i'm paying both gladly. every time i walk in, it's like i'm stepping into flavor heaven with aluminum foil gates. the workers move like surgeons - precise, focused, building masterpieces of meat and tortilla. if loving chipotle is wrong, i don't ever wanna be right.

I’m not sure what these reviews are about. My experience at this chipotle was top noch! The ingredients tasted great, and the portions were generous. The staff is friendly and the service was quick, even though it was really busy. It was also surprisingly clean considering how busy it was. Definitely enjoyed and recommend!!

I've been to at least three different chipotles and for some reason this one is sub par. Tortillas like plastic, ultra super salty chips and just never excited about getting nickled and dimed. For my dime (as a lifelong connoisseur of burritos) I require higher quality for my buck especially in today's tariff economy. If only there was a burrito shop with class and creativity, something healthy and family owned...

Employees here lack basic customer service and professionalism. This is by far the most unfriendly Chipotle I’ve visited, and I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. The staff’s rude “no can do” attitude is obvious the moment you try to place an order. Looking at the other negative reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who has had this experience. Steer clear of this location — it’s worth the extra 20-minute drive to the next Chipotle.

Im not one to complain but I was seriously skimped out. I pay $10 just get a scoop of rice, half a scoop of beans, half a scoop of chicken and they even skimped out on the lettuce. It was the same for my bowl. It was late, and there was a lot of food left so I dont understand. Work on portioning cause this is unacceptable!
