Our family was headed on an outing today. I can only eat Krystal and Chickfila-side bacon and eggs- because of my gluten allergy. So, we went 10 min out of the way to this 91/A sanitation rated dive. I ordered and the breakfast crew was less than appealing. They were just standing around and this explains why no one is on their line ordering. I received my sausage scrambler and as soon as I opened the lid, it smelled of scorched to burmed grits where someone has fished out the burned pieces. The grits were clumpy and the eggs....they were the scrapped up leavings from the grill. They were dry and over cooked. The dead giveaway? The cheese wasn't melted so everything wasn't hot. I tasted the grits and was instantly pissed! Who sents CRAP like this out of your restaurant unless you could give a ****! I called the "manager" back...hello..krystal. Her attitude was so I don't care, I'm here for the check. She offered a free meal...I told her I wanted a refund and I would return in the afternoon. I did and the 2nd shift person gave me a refund. This place needs to be shut down and remodeled. The associates need to better groomed and better trained. They don't care and it shows all day, everyday. I'm calling the health department tomorrow and I'm contacting corporate, as well. This was disgusting.
