Update*** no longer as good as it use to be and definitely is not longer worth it. Very unfortunate
One of my favourite places to get icecream. A tad expensive but worth it with all the flavor combos you can choose from.
Not how it use to be before. The rolled icecream was not rolled.

The menu was erased so luckily I’d went there last week and knew what I wanted. Over charged me by $7 from the week before and it was terrible. No flavor like the cream had water in it. Do yourself a favor and go to Brewster.

Terrible experience. I usually love the rolled ice cream here and workers but this time the ice cream was horrible and the service was not good. The worker took 15 mins to just make the ice cream and another 7 minutes to check me out. Also my ice cream was not even rolled up and it there were literal flat pieces of ice cream just laying on top of everything else. Overall my experience was really bad.

They close early and leave the open sign on :/
Horrible experience from the employee (a young boy) zero mannerisms, unprofessional and acted like we were a bother as paying customers , I thought he was a customer because he was sitting at a table with no intent of getting up to serve us, also he kept re-using OLD gloves to handle food, zero hairnet which he needs because his hair is long. Save yourself and just don’t go big mistake.

Thai tea No taste..it's like I drink only water with milk no flavor or anything. Boy that working seem like don't know how to do.

I went there today 5/14/24 and there was three people in front of me. She got me and then two other girls walked in and they helped those two girls before they did our ice creams. They stood their talking and finally started making our ice creams. We ended up waiting over 20 minutes for ice creams and they were not even busy. My ice cream was a sloppy mess. When people walk in, they don’t even greet them. They stand behind the counter chitchatting.

Took them about 30 minutes to make my rolled ice cream (ordered 1:50 pm, got it at 2:20pm). The ice cream wasn’t even that good or worth the wait. Just go somewhere else, it is better worth your time.
You have to try this place out! Great owner, multitude of flavors.
Kid-friendliness: Kids will love the flavors (they carry Hershey's scoops)

Not what it used to be for sure. From the workers cussing up a storm & acting like we were an inconvenience to our orders not being made how we ordered it during multiple occasions. First time, I ordered a Java chip frappe & was handed a cup of what tasted like a cup of soured milk & when I took my first sip of it the workers literally laughed about it & admitted they knew it wasn’t made correctly. Definitely not wasting money here again
Their rolled ice cream is amazing, but we have fallen in love with the blue panda in the scoop section. It's incredibly sweet with cookie pieces in it. We highly recommend trying it! You can also get any scoop of ice cream into a shake.
