Unfortunately Cookout has gone the way of the big fast food restaurants š the serving sizes has down sized and isn't what it used to be. What's worse is the food is under or over cooked depending on the mood of the staff! Cookout used to be filling but now you have to order double what you order to just get filled up. Enough is enough of these restaurants and major Grocery stores charging high prices for little portions! It's bad enough they are selling us food that is either cloned, 3d printed or chemical filled. Fruits aren't fruits and vegetables aren't vegetables anymore. STOP spending at these places so they will start doing better. Send emails make reviews ENOUGH IS EFUXINGOUGH

I ordered a ābig doubleā burger. I told them I want everything on it. They asked if I wanted tomato and cheese. I responded āI want everything on it that doesnāt cost extraā. When I got home I realized that they gave me two small burger patties, plain, between two buns (nothing on it at all).

Update: 8-17@11:15pm A white gentleman with curly hair took my ācomplaintā and immediately corrected it in the best way possible after apologizing and then a shorter Hispanic lady handed me my corrected food. they were very kind when there was a small issue with my burger. They apologized and it seemed very sincere. Also, shoot out to whoever is preparing the food, I finally got more than 10 fries. This experience has made me change my rating from 3 to 5 stars.
Customer service is usually great, food tastes great. My only issue is every single time I come to this location and ask for double fries for my TWO sides that I pay for, they give me one serving. This time I tried to change it up ordering regular and Cajun thinking Iād get my servings but nope ā¦. And I havenāt eaten any yet ā¦ but if I order fries and different side, I get the same portion of fries. I donāt understand.
Update : The previous review was from a year ago. It keeps getting worse with the fries. Today I ordered my usual and my side of fries was so small I said something this time, the girl said she was gonna get me more fries but instead got someone else to ask me what the issue is, I told him and he added fries to my container and said he put as much as he could stuff in thereā¦ I ordered a side of small fries as well that was half ass filled .. I donāt understand what the issue is and why they are being so stingy over the sides that I am paying for ā¦

This was reported to the call center and they're sending a voucher but so much for. My dinner..

Not enough tables to even eat at if you're a restaurant have more than five tables please. Most of the time when i ask for a chocolate banana milkshake i get peanut butter for some reason.
