First time at a Cook Out. The cashier was cheerful and happy to answer my multiple questions about the menu. Saw her handle a complaint quickly and with grace.Huge menu with tons of options, and it's all cooked to order. Great prices as well. The shakes are so delicious! Think of an upgraded blizzard. It was hard to pick a flavor because so many sounded so good. It was super thick so your gonna need a spoon. Everything we tried was great. The inside was clean and cute. They forget your order after 6 different orders come and go. They watch you stand there, ignore you, and don’t even recognize there is a problem. When they get that wrong they argue with you. Whoever the manager is there clearly doesn’t train the employees on customer service. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

My family and I went here over the weekend the food was good and the prices aren't outrageous I love how they remodeled the restaurant its a really laid back atmosphere my only complaints are the staff could have been a little nicer but weren't super rude or anything and we finished our meal and I still hadn't gotten my shake my husband had to go remind them then it took another 10 min. After that. A lady that was at the table in front of me was complaining about the same thing they were already in there eating when we walked in and she finally got her shake way after they were done eating.
Food was great fast and hot but the banana pudding milk shake was off the chain real wafers and banana pieces 10 out of 10

I grab food here often for my stepson. This day, I went straight up to drive-through speaker, sat for over 4 minutes, (probably less than 5) and was never even acknowledged, much less given a chance to take my order. Meanwhile, the other speaker was taking orders(1 served another waiting at window) I'll go back for my stepson, but I would not for myself.

This was the first and most likely the last time eating at this location, the BBQ sandwich was the worst part of my meal the bun was soggy and barely had any sauce on the meat, the fries were cold and hard the best part was the hushpuppy.i have to say the chocolate milk shake was absolutely freaking delicious. I definitely would NOT recommend eat at this location. It's a absolute waste of money.
