Went on a cold night with the family food was delicious fireplace going felt nice. Gift shop always has cool stuff. And we feed 6 people with leftovers to go home for $100

CB seems to be improving their food. Brought back was the cinnamon French toast, seasonal I know, but so delicious.
Waitress was wonderful. Resturant was clean. Store seemed a bit over crowded with items, but was still able to move around.

Never will go back to eat at an th Cracker Barrel after my husband was treated so very badly at the Ringgold location. During covid.

Forget the logo controversy. I could care less. This place was a disaster as a restaurant. It started with horrible service. Apparently one waiter took my order then promptly went off shift. I finally had to waive down another person (20 minutes later) and had to ask where my food was ( mind you, talking a few scrambled eggs, bacon and toast and the place was empty). She explained about the guy going off shift (as if I cared) and she would look into it. Finally brought the food and did not have the toast - “we have to go to the back room - we ran out” was the answer. The food looked like a plate you would get at the Waffle House. I finally ate some, paid on line and left.

This place used to be the “go to” place if you wanted a breakfast meal at anytime. No more. It is off my list (as all CB are now due to this). It is a disaster. No fancy new ideas are needed. Focus on service. Not sure how they could get me to even try to go back.

Food was Luke warm. Took 15 min. to get a spoon for Chilli. Poor service from different servers. Shame because staff was very friendly.
