Should not have to stand here for 10 minutes waiting on my to go order I called in 30 minutes ago. Management needs to be replaced!!

I placed a simple online order 8:18am and it was suppose to be ready at 8:3am however food did not come out until 8:50am.They were not busy and the pancakes were hard & the food was barely warm.By far worse experience at Cracker Barrel in Dalton Ga!

Food was so cold and bad i could not eat any of it gravy had a really bad after taste. Service was great though. Not worth 50 for two people could get better food from waffle House

Food was warmed over. Manager should have removed the warmed over items from our bill. This location has issues with there food and management. Last time to eat here for me.

Waitress was not attentive at all. Food was brought out and no regular condiments on table had to request and then forgot what we asked for. Asked for a spoon to stir coffee and never got it, ended up using my butter knife.

Servers are usually fine. Food has gone downhill quickly. Mashed potatoes are always hard, chicken is dry. Could do better.

have gone to Crackle barrel over many years, very disappointged, however, when we were told you no longer have Hamburger Steak platters nor do you have that delicious, like Mom's, vegetable soup. The food we ordered in lieu of finding something else, was Boneless Chicken breast, homestyle, had 2 breaded breasts but were fried so hard that they were not very good at all. Husband had your regular fried chicken, also was ok. You have really not done your restaurant any favors by removing these staples. We were told by the server that so many people have complained a bout this same menu change. Have to think twice about returning to your Cracker Barrel in Dalton, Ga. As an added note, the restaurant was empty except for us and 2 other people, around 5 pm Hope you read these comments. Thank you.
