Is your drive thru open? You can never get a person to answer the phone.

The food is great and most of the staff is nice but there are few that just have attitude.

Drive thru Is hit or miss no set times for it to be open. If it's hard for you to go in you probably have a better chance some other place for drive thru.

I went in and there was one portion of meatloaf left so I ordered it. They split it to make two. I felt cheated. I won't be back.

Girl that served the plate was rude and the only excuse for rudeness is ignorance. The food was fresh.

I haven’t lived in the area for ten years but I remember really enjoying the food here. I went today and the food is not good at all anymore. It has no flavor. Mashed potatoes are instant, Mac and cheese tasted watery, cornbread was cold and bland… overall it wasn’t good and I won’t be back. I only gave two stars because the workers were very pleasant.

The dessert was amazing! However, I found the food bland. There's not much flavor for southern cooking. The fried chicken was delicious, though. I ordered 3 sides, 1 main & 1 dessert. Red velvet yummy, the mashed potatoes weren't that great, green beans were stringy, and the deviled eggs were ok. The workers are all very polite and helpful. The bathrooms weren't that clean, but the dining area itself was clean. Overall, I loved the service, but I wasn't impressed by the food. There is plenty of parking, and the place seems pretty busy for the most part. They do have a drive thru for quick orders. We ate inside and probably only took 20-30 mins all together. Super fast service.

I frequent this establishment in the mornings. However, this morning will be my last visit to this restaurant. I pulled into the drive thru promptly 30 minutes before my shift started. There were 5 cars in front of me already waiting. And then the one in front of me drove away due to waiting so long. FIVE minutes before my 8am shift started I called and asked if they were serving in the drive-thru and she said yes. I explained that I had been line for 25 minutes already and the line seems to be going nowhere. She said no one was in line inside and for me to come in-that it would be faster. I walked In bc I was going to be late for work. Some patrons finished in front of me and moved down the line. I was not acknowledged for a couple of minutes-even though they were making biscuits in front of me. I had to say something. To which I said “how long is the wait.” A man was working behind the counter and I explained that I had been there more than 30 mins and am now late for work. He stated that if I’m ever in a hurry I need to come inside because the drive thru wait is longer. The man in front of me ordered 7 plates. 7. First of all, the purpose of a drive thru is faster services. You “drive thru” and get your food. I had a small order. Larger orders should be made to come inside for pick up. I did not yell, cuss, or scream. I was frustrated and upset but I kept a calm composure. Not only did I have to clock in 9 minutes late (I work VERY close to this restaurant) I paid FULL price for a breakfast that I had to wait..what 35 or so minutes for. At a buffet. My early morning mentality if “we’ll, if I’m going to be late I might as well get breakfast.” I should have left. Especially when not even an offer of 10% or even an “I’m sorry.” For the TERRIBLE service I received today. When I explained to my office why I was late I got several nods and was warned about Curt’s.
