D Food Collab is such a vibe, the pictures don't do it justice. Dining here is an authentic experience in the best way. We ordered fried pickles, fried cactus, lemon pepper corn, and sweet potato fries for appetizers, and they were all impeccable. We also ordered a bison burger and a kid's burger, and they were both phenomenal. I'll have a hard time deciding between trying something new and getting another burger next time we go.
The owners were actually on-site on the Sunday afternoon we visited, and we had a chance to chat with them about the origin of D Food Collab- it's a local and family-owned establishment. They also have open mic night and live music on the weekends. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner. He got the Bison Burger and fries and I got the Birria Ramen…SO GOOD! We cannot wait to come back and try more! We both thought the decor was absolutely perfect too! Staff was super kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

The birria burrito is so good!! The most authentic I have had! Great hot sauce too! The mixed drinks are overpriced though. Had to ask for silverware and water. Other than that the server was attentive.

First time here. I really liked the environment and staff. The staff was easily the best I've experienced in a long time. Nothing but prompt and efficient service with incredible smiles. I didn't order everything on the menu, but I did order to grilled chicken wrap (the sauce mixed with the chicken was watery). I also ordered the fried pickles. These were 1/4 slices, sliced long ways. The batter did not adhere well to half of each spear. I'd recommend going with pickle chips and altering the batter mix. The menu looked really good. I'd totally recommend this spot. I'll totally return.

Stopped in for lunch one day to check the place out and found a hidden gem. Ari, our server, seemed to add to the soul of this restaurant and gave us great recommendations to enjoy. I had the Birria Melt and it was nothing short of amazing. My niece ordered the Classic Burger and thoroughly enjoyed it. We're definitely going back at this is on the top of our "FAVS" list.

The food was great. The ONLY recommendation i have is for the kitchen to use a separate fryer for seafood items. We wanted the fried pickels but couldn't get them due to everything being fried altogether.

Love coming here! Absolutely worth it, it’s a nice atmosphere and great food and service. Last time I went I tried the birria melt and it was so good! Very juicy and melt in your mouth. Looking forward to coming back and trying different things
