This location is terrible. I guess I got spoiled because Chattanooga DQ’s are ALWAYS On point. Every-time I come here, it’s a rip off. I get an M&M blizzard and it’s just a little bit of chocolate ice cream on top with the rest pure vanilla ice cream and a large cone is 3 inches high. I won’t accept paying for ice cream that does not look like the menu items or what I have been purchasing for 30 years at other locations. For now on, I will be handing it right back for a refund. Train your employees to give the correct amount and make item properly.

I came through the drive thru and ordered the honey bbq chicken strip dinner. When I received my box, there was bbq sauce every which I ended up getting all over me and my car. The box looked like they just dump a whole bottle of bbq sauce on top of everything missing most of the chicken. I realized they didn't give me my ranch dipping sauce and so I pulled back to the window. The kid just looked at me and at first wouldn't open the window. When he realized I was going away he finally opened the window and even acted like he didn't want to give me any ranch. I also had a mini Reese's fluffernutter blizzard. All together my total was 16.29. very disappointed to pay that much for what I received.

Awful place, without fail every time I get a blizzard and ask for the Oreos and heath bar mixed in i get the top layer like I ask and quickly after that top layer is plain vanilla. Awful service they do not give you what you order. Lazy and Repetitive awful service. Will never go there again I am done with this awful

Twice they have blended my blizzard to the consistency of a milkshake. If I wanted a milkshake, I would've ordered one. Also, the prices keep going up. When a medium blizzard cost almost $7, it's time to make your own. I found a great recipe online and it's so much better.

Awful place, eight out of 10 times that I will go there and ask for a blizzard with Oreos and heath bar, the top layer of the blizzard has the Oreos and heath and after that it's all vanilla. The Oreos and the heath bar are not mixed in throughout the cup. They are Thieves. The service in drive-through at least is awful they do not give you what you pay for I asked for a blizzard with things in it and they give me vanilla hidden under the top layer. This happens all the time
