Called and asked if they had donuts at around 6:30 pm after doing a pick up order at the chatsworth location for a dozen donuts and they didn’t have ANY donuts. The lady who answered the phone rudely said ‘no’. Never coming back and ordering again.

Extremely, disappointing experiences!!! Lesly was rude, unprofessional, and showed zero effort to be helpful. Customer service requires courtesy and respect, and unfortunately neither was demonstrated. Management seriously needs to address this.

I Doordash and do Uber Eats in the Dalton area and usually wear a Trump hat. I have never had any trouble for the past 3 years until today. One of the young girls acting the Manager told me they could not give me the orders for the customers because of my hat. I asked to speak with the Manager and she said no one was available. I will be contacting the corporation to report this incident. Were your Trump hat and you will be treated differently. Honestly, I thought America was past this issue but no, not in this small town!

Their store was very dirty and not well prepared their donuts tastes very weird and funky and the customer service was very horrible one of the employees while walking out yelled out to me while staring at me “ewww, Your so ugly” 1/10 don’t ever go to this Dunkin’ in Dalton.
This place is always running in tip top shape when valerie is there but when she isn’t. They ignore you at the counter and will have you wait for 5-10 mins before ever coming to get your order and they know your there that’s the bad part

Great Service & Tasty Drink!
I had an amazing drink at Dunkin’! The service was great, and the employees were really nice and welcoming. I ordered the Spider Donut for Halloween — I’ve had better, but it was still cute and fun to try.
My drink, the cereal-inspired one, was delicious! Fast service, friendly staff, and a good drink always make the visit worth it. I’d definitely come back!

The doughnuts here are gross and artificial tasting, the chocolate doughnuts didn't even taste like chocolate. If you are thinking of coming here, don't just go somewhere else you deserve better.
