i eat here religiously, but it’s the fact that rude waiters are hired and don’t know how to respond back to a customer after they tell them their food doesn’t taste right. “maybe it’s because you put too much pepper.” now suenos you know damn well you don’t offer pepper on the table just for chicken to taste the way it does. maybe just take the plate and change the food as when a customer says so.

Placed a pick up order and go to pay, notice there was a delivery charge so I asked why there was a delivery charge before paying. I was EXTREMELY RUDELY answered with "its a pick up fee it just says delivery" on top of that the food is no where near as good as it used to be I don't know what yall changed seasoning wise but it's very very bland.

Pollo Especial was good. Pollo loco is still my favorite here. Salsa was slightly spicier today, which was a plus. A little crowded for the space.

We have eaten here 2 times on Sunday afternoon after church. The food has been very good both times, but the restaurant is on the smaller side, and on both occasions, they've had multiple tables together down the middle of the restaurant with large groups. It makes it difficult for the servers to attend to the booths on the front and back, which negatively impacts service.

The food was decent but it was freezing cold and way too cramped inside. They put way too many huge tables and chairs in a very small space. It made the experience pretty unpleasant. On top of that, the prices were high compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area.
