Wayne's has the absolute best meat market with cuts that blow everyone else out of the water. Wayne also is extremely knowledgeable and the sandwich shop is exceptional as well.The place is exceptionally clean and odor free, unlike some Butcher stores, and trust me, if you want to impress, buy at Wayne's.

Had a wow burger today for lunch and all I can say is wow!
First time trying this place and enjoyed it. Place was clean and service was friendly, had the "wow cow" burger and really enjoyed it. Overall a good experience, I'll definitely come back.

This place dose not know what BBQ is , so if your looking for real BBQ go somewhere that has true BBQ! It taste like boiled pot roast no smoke ring and it's soaked in beef broth omg yuck ! They cook there brisket freeze it then reheat it in beef broth gross it was like saw dust .sham this place could be so much more if they had a real pit master.

I tried the grilled pepper jack pimento cheese sandwich with tater tots and a sweet tea. it was excellent! The service was fast. The place was immaculate and the people were friendly. I will definitely eat there again.

Today was my first encounter with Emery Street Market. I loved it all! I had a four pound sirloin tip roast cut and purchased Boars Head Smoked Turkey. It was great to see Wayne in meat market. Then I purchased a chicken salad sandwich for lunch. It was fresh and delicious. They have a great staff of employees and wonderful customer service skills. I have owned my own business and realize this is difficult to find. Great experience! I will be returning! Charlotte J.
