Manager mislead me recently trying to make an order. I was there 20 minutes before they closed on a Saturday night, the manager Hayden said they were “out “ of hamburgers and French fries? I’ve been to 5 Guys hundreds of times, I’ve always known them to be very professional but not on this visit. He gave me a phone number of a supervisor to file a complaint, which I did, they promised to follow up by my email. That was almost a week ago and have not heard a peep out of them? Drove 45 minutes back and forth in a heavy rainstorm, feel like they should do more than just another hamburger. Robert Findlay ps I did not spend any money because Hayden wouldn’t take the order even though he had the food, it was just too much trouble because it was too close to their closing time.

As expected great food. Always cooked fresh to order so the food is always hot and fresh. Love all the options for adding to your hamburger or cheeseburger. We usually get a little hamburger to save room for the french fries. We always demolish the french fries, they are always hot and super good. They have great options for milkshakes so if you are in the mood grab one of those too.

I went to order the food. 2 bacon double cheese burger 🍔 2 shakes. He gave me the total and I about cried. He said what I ordered has 1/4 pound in each patty of beef. We ended getting the small cheese 🍔 it tasted wonderful.

The large fry is now a child size fry if I could post a picture I would this place has really gone to trash and even the manager is a complete joke doesn't know who her supervisors are and can't give any info except blaming cooperate for her inability to do her job properly . This is coming from someone who does food for a living. This place should be bought by someone who wants to live up to five guys standards . We and everyone we know will NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN
