I googled this place before we came, I knew it was Korean food. That’s what I wanted. A lady greeted us at the door & made sure we wanted Korean food. We confirmed, sat down & was waiting for menus but was never even offered one & was “suggested to go somewhere else”. I was excited for some authentic Korean food.

Such a quaint little place, however the food is not the best. The fried rice is crunchy, when you go to take a bite of the rice and you get the crunchy portion of it, not pleasant in your mouth. Veggies a little to crispy for me.

Japanese food and the feeling at this spot is excellent. It's so savory. The bill was fair for the quality of the food. Food is like a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.

Are here back when they first opened, haven't been back since. It was weird to me cause I was very young. It was cool to watch them cook though. Funny thing, I had no idea what anything was on the menu, so I ordered a chicken salad. It was literally chicken chunks on lettuce. Was expecting the mix lol. Bless these guys for being here for so long. Most of the places that are good, close within a few months ex. Evergreen, China chef/Teriyaki bistro, Rax, and that little steak place that was around the hospital way back.....
Best daegutang ever. A perfect harmony of radish, beansprout, and dried fish. I honestly can't eat anything spicy, but I had to clear the plate for this one. I will have a hard time at the toilet tomorrow, but will have a zero regret.

I was referred by a co-worker who has had great experiences here. I however was not impressed. My food was not prepared & hadnt been started when I arrived 20 minutes after I placed the to go order, I felt $13 for a small lunch plate and a sweet tea is much. I ordered steak and fried rice. Most places give a lot more than what I received. She couldnt understand that I wanted medium well. She proceeded to say medium rare & as I tried to correct her as she kept walking away her son yelled across the dining room MEDIUM WELL. I was a bit embarrassed. I was not impressed with the food and the sauces were terrible. My sweet tea is great though.
