Very disappointing experience with the manager’s attitude.
I’m a frequent customer and usually come here with my family. The waitresses are generally very kind and welcoming, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back. However, today I placed an order and was overcharged. Naturally, I asked for it to be corrected, and the staff had to call the manager — which is perfectly fine.

The issue started when the manager arrived. She was extremely rude, spoke in a condescending tone, and had a dismissive attitude from the start. She told me the amount had already been corrected, but when I checked my bank account, the incorrect charge was still showing and there was no sign of the adjustment.

When I pointed this out, she coldly responded, “That’s the bank’s problem.” I asked what would happen if the correction never appeared in my account, and again she just repeated, “That’s the bank’s problem, I already gave you a new receipt.” No apology, no effort to reassure me, just complete indifference.

Frankly, she was disrespectful and showed no regard for customer service. If she’s the manager, she should lead by example — and this is not the kind of treatment that loyal customers deserve. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
