The cashier was super friendly and quite professional but to my dismay the cookie was very gross it tasted like it wasn't cooked properly or old and had a hair in it I spit it out and threw the rest of the cookie away when I almost spent $3 on a cookie :/ was very disappointed ☹️ I would have went back and said something but I was on my lunch break :/*EDIT* So The owner ended up finding me on social media and reached out to me and me and her talked about my experience and she offered to make it right and I accepted she gave me a wonderful coupon for my next order so hopefully this time I'll have a better experience I'm ready to go get me some other cookie and hopefully this experience will be better!

This cookie cake was PERFECT! I ordered it same day online and just asked for it to say Happy 9th Birthday and if they were able to add anything Pokemon to it would be great. This is what we got. My daughter was thrilled and could not wait to share it with all her friends. Not only was the cake perfect the service was FANTASTIC! Thank you for making my daughter's birthday extra special!!

We absolutely love the Dalton, GA location. We have been coming to this store for over 6 years now to order our cookie cakes for all occasions. We travel from 45 minutes-1 1/2 hour away just to come and order a cookie cake from this store even though we have stores near our home. They are always so friendly and helpful! We absolutely love them!!! They are so creative!!! You will not be disappointed by going to this store!!
