This is the absolute worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve had more or less the same experience the few times I’ve came through the drive thru and today as dine in. The food is good. However, the employees are rude, they were bad mouthing other employees in front of patrons, they were talking about how an employee didn’t clean the floors well because they used old dirty greasy water, and they have no idea what they even sell. I ordered the kids grilled cheese meal, and was told “we don’t sell grilled cheese”. I had to point out the fact that it’s on the massive menu behind her!!!
Nice service. Food hit the spot, but the coffee bar was lacking regular coffee and creamers. When asked, I was told to fill it up with decaf and gave us 3 creamers for 2 lg coffees and showed a little attitude when asking for more.
