Use to be one of the fastest drive thru services in town. Today was the second time I was told to pull to the side while people behind me got their food before me. Then twice I was brought out the wrong order and then was told I wasn’t charged for all of my order. I guess they thought I was gonna pay $30 for 2 biscuits and 2 gravy biscuits. Had to go inside and just get my money back. Will not be back there.

Very dishonest customer service. Got the wrong order, and was told they didn’t have the right bread for my sandwich after I got the wrong order. Not to mention the drive thru lady had a very sorry attitude both at the order station and the drive thru window. Thankfully the manager or person up front was nice enough to give me a refund.

Went to this Hardee’s on 12/23/24 at 9:30. My wife asked if they had butter cups. The girl running the window said no try didn’t . So my wife was going to get them to put the melted butter on her biscuit. But before she could ask the smart A at the window yelled out I already told you no. So I told her off and we drove off. If these people don’t want to work and stop bing Smart A to the customer they need to find a different job. She’s going to do that to the wrong person one day and they will take it out on her. We will beer eat there again. We went to the one on glenwood and it was great and so was the service.

Service is not great, not courteous and act annoyed. Asked for sauce but did not receive it. Slow service, but the food was 5000 degrees so I guess that’s better than it being cold?

This was the worst food I’ve ever got from Hardee’s. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and they put them on sourdough bread not a bun but a sourdough bread covered in butter. What in the world happen to Hardee’s it use to be good. I will never never order from them again.

As I was in drive thru seen the grosses thing ever. Lady cashing out customer on front counter coming to drive thru ice bin and with her bare hands eating ice from the bin. She came several times. She also at other times has had her a cup of ice where they bag our food. Please if you need a break for ice stay away from what others maybe eating or drinking from.
