It has been a while since I had been ihop. To say the least, I was impressed. I had the country omelette and added green peppers to it with buttermilk pancakes and an orange juice. My friend had the big steak omelette with buttermilk pancakes. The food was great. I especially loved the omelette. It was the best omelette I’ve had in a while. I give it 4 stars because it is a little pricey. We also had to wait a bit for the server to bring a to go cup before we left. Side note, it would be nice if the booths were a little more private.

Normally good but they close at all different times. Why post hours if your not going to be open. Got there at 9pm doors locked says 10 pm. Second time for me. Will just have to go to good old waffle house. I don't know how they stay in business. Great location for a good restraunt.
Waitress (Theresa) was great and very accommodating but the food was horrible. Per my family’s description the gravy tasted like dirt with water (tasted like crappy instant gravy), french toast & poached eggs tasted like plastic, and the hashbrowns were raw. Very disappointing as this place used to be good.

They can't even do eggs right. The syrup had ants in it!! The bathroom is disgusting.

no fork, no napkins, no seasoning on my crispy potatoes order & no toppings for my waffle on my to go order. i was charged for something i didn’t ask for & when i called in the guy on the phone said i was complaining about getting “free” food when i asked to substitute one of the sides, but I was charged for both per my receipt. employees need to be trained better. their customer service was horrible. it was a bad experience. the calhoun ihop is much better. i won’t be coming back to this location.

We live in Dalton and have been to this ihop several times and have not had good experiences. Today was different. Very good food, our waiter (Michael) was very attentive and nice. The change that was made was absolutely a good one what ever it was. 5 stars today.

Service wasn't great. They were busy after we arrived and waiters were incompetent or just didn't care to listen to our needs. It was Mothers Day but they had plenty of help.

I don't know who was in the kitchen about 8 tonight (May 25) but the food was bangin and they definitely deserve a shout out! Also, make sure to ask for Cecelia. She really made us feel at home!

We stopped in to avoid the rain and had a great experience. The server Cecilia was amazing and the food was great. My daughter loved the smiley on her pancakes

I go pick up my mobile order and find two tiny crepes the size of my hand in the bag. If I had time to go argue with them i would have but was in a rush. Absolutely ridiculous for 13$.

IHOP needs to get with the program. At least 15 people waiting to be seated with multiple tables available.. loosing lot of business today... Unfortunately they are not worth the wait..
