I ordered the spicy poblano omelette and it was so small. It was like an omelette you make at home where it’s just folded once and pretty thin, not a big roll like their omelettes usually are and are supposed to be. I strongly recommend checking your food before you go home. I truly don’t see this service getting any better as it has just continued to decline in recent years. This location seems like it will soon shut down seeing the corners they are cutting.

This place is awful! I will never visit here again. Customers are walking back in the kitchen to get food from the kitchen. Very trashy.
Food was cold, not cooked as ordered. Had to ask for refills twice before getting it. Waitress not worth a flip, rude. Manager (Justin ) argumentive and extremly rude person. Absolutely the worst place to eat in Dalton , Ga.

This iHOP is a tale of two restaurants. When things are good, they have really turned things around. Ashley is amazing and made our previous visit after 2 years worth the money. Fast forward to tonight and we pull up with NO ONE at the restaurant. The door was open. We walked in....no workers. At all. I called while standing inside the restaurant and it went to voicemail after 5 rings. We left. We drove around the building to see if any workers were outside...and they were on a break. With no one there.

It has been a while since I had been ihop. To say the least, I was impressed. I had the country omelette and added green peppers to it with buttermilk pancakes and an orange juice. My friend had the big steak omelette with buttermilk pancakes. The food was great. I especially loved the omelette. It was the best omelette I’ve had in a while. I give it 4 stars because it is a little pricey. We also had to wait a bit for the server to bring a to go cup before we left. Side note, it would be nice if the booths were a little more private.
