We love Irene's Cakes, but this year's cake just wasn't what we were used to when we order from her.The writing and whole cake is crooked. I was rather embarrassed to serve it to our guests. Normally her cakes are delicious but this year it was dry- with the texture of a sponge. I also ordered a Strawberry filling and the cake we received had no filling.For $36, I just didn't think it was up to par.We love you Irene- you're a super sweet lady. We just didnt care for this years cake.

Ordered a Mickey cake for my sons 1st year and when I spoke to the lady she told me that she had done it before. And when my family went to pick it up. Was ugly. Nothing like I asked. It was horrible. Don’t go to this place ever. Really disappointed.

Irene did the cake and cupcakes for my wedding and was absolutely amazing! She is as sweet as the confections she makes. The only thing missing was the raspberry filling on the wedding cake. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who need something for a special occasion.

Ordered a cake and was quoted 50-55 dollars. Picked cake up and price jumped to 80 dollars with no changes made and charged 6 dollars to use card. The cake looked like a kid decorated it......Absolutely unacceptable. Small businesses crying to support local but do their customers like this. Never again.

I was absolutely disappointed in the cookies I ordered and was too embarrassed to set them out for the bridal shower I was hosting. They looked they were thrown together by how sloppy they looked. She did give me money back on some of the cookies, but once I had a chance to look at all them at the venue, I should have told her to keep them and give a full refund.
