Ok but very often the get the order wrong and it would be very simple. I usually order a chicken sandwich with no pickles. I can’t tell you how many times that they get that order wrong. I don’t always have time to check before I go home. I’ve got a son that absolutely does not like pickles he is on the spectrum. He can tell. I’ve even tried to take the pickles off. Don Can still tell it

I went to visit Jack's on November 1st after taking my kid's trick or treating at Miracle Field for special needs children. The front counter attendant, Allie, was very friendly, attentive and very understanding of my children having autism (all three of them, ages 10, 15 and 16). It's like she knew exactly how to speak with them, engage with them, and just showed complete compassion. We don't go in public very much due to people and how they stare and judge, but Allie showed exemplary customer service, not just in taking our order, but when she came into the dining room to clean. She came over to speak to us, asking if we needed anything, how the food was, ect... We definitely will be back. We hope she is working when we come! My kid's enjoyed meeting her and STILL talk about her. They say she's their NEW FRIEND 🧡. Kindness goes a long way and I just thought it should be recognized. Went to the one in dalton ordered 1coaches burger...1 barbecue bacon burger combos fries were so salty you could not eat them threw them away. The big barbecue bacon burger was just a regular coaches burger.etc.i deserve 2 more meals but in Eton ga

What happened to this place? Is it just this location? They literally have like a tiny menu like it never changed from covid. No egg rolls, no tacos, no teriyaki bowls. Asked about breakfast they said they had breakfast at 6pm, but couldn't make eggs? Why can't you make eggs? And that means no, you dont have breakfast, because you have like 4 breakfast items, and all of them require eggs. I have no idea what happened, because this used to be the place for variety, but they have the most limited menu of all the fast food places now. Sad.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced it takes like 30 minutes to get two sandwiches fries and a drink then they forget your drink and then they don’t give you a straw. The fries were red dropped had no salt or seasoning on them and then they have every car and drive-through pulled into a parking space Like y’all for real need to get it together.
