Not very happy with their service lately , I go through the drive thru hoping for fast service only to be told to pull to the front and wait 20-30 minutes for 4 chicken fingers, also I paid for a milkshake only to not even receive it. Very disappointed . Love the chicken tenders and crispy fries with the seasoning, burgers aren’t that great. Just really unpleased by their poor service skills
I love Jack's but today was a very lackluster attempt on Customer service. I usually get a 3 piece tender with fries and a drink. I get there tell em what I want. They person proceeds to tell me something which I did not understand. I ask again and still did not understand. So pull around to the window. I get a 3 piece tender and fries. Honey mustard sauce and no drink. I asked the guy if I could get the comeback sauce bc I never asked for Honey Mustard. I received attitude. I...read full review

What can you say. It is jack's baby. The only thing that I would complain about there is that the off duty staff members and or the staff family members were allowed to walk in and out from the kitchen area like it was lounging spot. And the cashier's were more interested in the lil boys that they were chasing than doing their job and taking care of customers. But like I said , it is jack's and their chicken is just damn good.
