Jersey Mike's Subs

I had placed a very large order ahead of time and they had everything ready as soon as I walked in. The food was delicious and they were very efficient, providing us everything we needed.

The first two sandwiches were fresh. The third sandwich the end of the bread was getting hard.

Our local store is so expensive I often choose Longhorn next door instead. But we still visit about once a month because it is a good sandwich. The past 2 times we noticed a pattern. Order the Italian you get 3 layers of meat...order turkey same price you get one layer

I ordered a sandwich from Jersy Mike's and the bread was NOT fresh it was very chewy and ruined my lunch also the oil and vinegar was not good and I've been coming here for two years why the change? Evan subway taste better well at least in the bread department

Called in an order since I was busy and in a time crunch. It was a 10 minute wait. It’s been 20 mins was no one else in the store, 4 Indian lady’s finally pulled out the bread, and put the sandwich together (didn’t have to cook anything just pulled everything out and slapped it together) while I’m sitting there waiting. Not sure what went wrong here, but everything looked prepped and ready. Seems like they were just stalling for no reason.

Lady was on the phone with an AirPod in during the entire order. Disregarded requests due to personal phone conversation

The food here is always good no matter what location you go to. Even if they are busy, the line moves really fast.

This is by far my favorite Sub Shop. Today I had the No13 Original Italian w/extra meat. Killer...!!! Restaurant was very clean and the staff very kind and professional. I highly recommend JM's.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I ordered a sub for lunch at work and got it only to find mold on the bread. I was already at work when I noticed it, I called the store to discuss my concerns only to get rude attitude and slow response to resolve my issue. I told the guy over the phone I'd be by after work to show him the sub and get another one made. I get there hours later only to get the same rude attitude and asking for a picture when I had the WHOLE untouched sub there to swap out. Eventually I was made a new one, only to get home to try to feed it to my kids and myself and the bread on the remade sub was inedible and hard as a brick. My dog Edward wouldn't eat it, he shunned away every time I offered him. The subs are always amazing, but the attitude as if I was trying to get over when I had the whole untoched sub and missed lunch due to the moldy sub was outrageous to me!

Ordered nearly 100 sandwiches for a corporate catering order for hungry maintenance men... THEY LOVED! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Mohawk Engineering loves Dalton Jersey Mike's!

I can not have gluten. Their gluten-free bread was good, and, more importantly, they took extra care to make sure there was no cross-contamination. The staff were all friendly, professional, and accommodating.
