My wife and I had lunch here for the first time on Thursday, 11/14/2024. The food was plain, old, good country food cooked the down-home country way. I had fried Chicken Breast with Creamed Corn and mashed Potatoes with gravy. My dessert, Banana Pudding, was to die for! My wife had baked Chicken Breast, Green Beans, and Mashed Potatoes with Gravy. Her Strawberry Shortcake dessert was also delicious—at least, that's what she said. We were both delighted to eat at Kelly's and will return soon.
You want a good old-fashioned country meal this is definitely the place to go. There are limited on what we call healthy food. Many of the items are made from scratch and are pretty good. However, it is a cafeteria style type place so what's on the menu is normally what's on the menu all week long if you have a favorite you'll know exactly what day to come in and get it. They have very limited hours the parking is a little difficult when it's busy and they are closed most holidays.
Great food at reasonable prices. I drive from Summerville to eat here monthly with friends.

Economical cafeteria style diner. Stopped for breakfast and got made to order eggs, toast, and bacon. My wife and I spent $10 each, including tip. They don't serve pancakes or French toast although my wife loved the grits with apple slices. Great coffee.
