Went in to order 8 pieces basket they said they didn't have enough chicken legs or thighs so I took what they gave me when I got home and tasted tasted old and tough never again!!

First time I've been to KFC in years. Chicken pieces are much much smaller than they used to be. Almost tasteless. Even the hot sauce tasted too vinagery. Biscuit was the size of a donut hole. Honey was actually just high fructose corn syrup. And the mashed potatoes and gravy tasted like they came out of a can.The staff and the service were amazing. But, I'm completely disappointed in the food quality. Especially at the price.

You need cashiers who understand English. I had to repeat my order three times and she still got the order wrong. The gravy was watered down and the crispy fried chicken was bland, not the regular recipe.

2 times I order Mac and cheese and they gave me mashed potatoes. They just give what they want and not what you order. They also shorted me on chicken. I got charged for a 12 PC and got 8 piece. I don't recommend this restaurant and the oil was old caused the chicken tasted like old oil.

Some crew members standing around, ignoring the very few customers who walk in. Mobile order said ready at 8:20. I arrived 8:25 and only one other person there to get food. Crew members looked at us then moved behind equipment where we could see their torsos but not their faces. Crew members just standing around. Would bring up food, call my name then tell each other it was somebody’s else and just walk away. Very unorganized. Bad attitudes. Bad atmosphere. I wish we had another option. This place is steadily getting worse.

if i could leave 0 stars i would. i went in the other night to eat with my family and the restaurant was FREEZING COLD along with the food. the service was terrible. we stood there waiting to order for 7 MINUTES!! never in my life have i had this bad of service. will not be returning. do not recommend.

Fast and friendly service.Present day ordered a 2 piece meal thigh and leg chicken was old the biscuit was really small and hard the potatoes and gravy had been sitting awhile the gravy was not just dipped onto potatoes it was seeped in the best part was my drink I was very disappointed it's always good but this was terrible

The service I received was great. Quick, courteous, and efficient. The food however left a bit to be desired. I bought a $20 Fill Up Box. While you get alot for the money, the quality left a lot to be desired. The chicken was older and did not have a lot of flavor.
