The last 2 times I've tried to go by here they say they're out of original glazed doughnuts. Are they not making enough or what's going on? You'd think original glazed is something they would keep. Workers seem to not want to do their job.

Wish there was a lower rating on service than a 1 star. to accurately describe our visit. We purchased just under $100, wanted more, but too difficult to deal with. Frankly if we had not made a promise to a business to bring these, we would have just driven off. Feel there is some serious retraining that needs to be done here however I won't go back to see if that was done. Happy customers tell 2 people....unhappy ones tell everyone they know or meet.

I love Krispy Kreme but had a pretty poor experience here sorry to say. Doughnuts were stale and coffee cold. We actually saw them throw the tray of doughnuts away right after they sold us ours.

Arrived at your store on 2/21/25 7:00 pm The store parking lot was dark! Outside building lights out . No lights working outside, unsafe for employees and customers. Hot light was out doughnuts taste like the morning run . Employees could not answer questions about power outages on outdoor lights. Could not tell if they were in business or not .

2nd time we have visited the Dalton Ga. Krispy Kreme lately and they had no lemon filled and not much else to order either. If they are not making the donuts not sure why are still open. Person waiting on us pretty rude too. Will not be going there again.

We got a dozen with mostly the Valentine donuts. Got to say I was very disappointed in the chocolate filled with the red icing heart shaped. Dried out and taste less. I will not be back to Krispy Kreme in Dalton Ga shipped in and not fresh. Not looking forward to trying any of the others. 02/02/2025.

We got to pick the donuts that went into the box.....for the specialty donuts were uncharged but stale and were not eaten by my kiddos

Forget that the pie donuts don’t have pie filling anymore. And forget that the store is so empty and no fresh donuts are being made(very stale). The lady at the drive thru window just felt compelled to share all her political views and conspiracy theories with me. No testing the waters to see if I was aligned with her. No preamble. Just a tirade of her opinions which happen to differ wildly from my own. I was bombarded with her views and her thoughts and I don’t think I need donuts bad enough to listen to that crap anymore first thing in the morning.

Does this place want to stay in business? They turn off all their exterior lights as if they hope no one shows up. The doughnuts suck because they no longer make them in house and are shipped from Chattanooga. If you want good doughnuts, drive to Chattanooga Krispy Kreme.

Waited 10 minutes drive thru with no other customers ahead of me or in lobby for warm iced coffee and a dozen donuts that were not hot like the lit sign indicated.
Do not order online in the evening. 3 workers sitting in the chairs two hours before they close on their phones. Seen them when going around. Please tell me they make minimum wage. Ordered three boxes of donuts online and at the speaker they said they only have glazed. I said I ordered online so they said pull around. At the window she said, “I said we only do glazed”. I just asked for my money back and they couldn’t give you a receipt or anything cancelling the order. All donuts are on DoorDash too so beware. This location is a joke.
Reply to Krispy crème below, you are not striving for customer service or supplying donuts at my location in Dalton Ga. That is a lie. And you need to work on how your online ordering shows available or not. Stop wasting customers time and money. I left feedback on the site as well but do not need the coupon they emailed as I will not be supporting any Krispy crème location. Thanks

Ordered online and spent almost $100 on 6 dozen donuts. When I arrived to the store, I was told that they had none of the specialty donuts that I ordered. They offered to replace them with flavors that aren't even offered online which is odd to me considering they have promos on all of the seasonal donuts. Then sitting in the Drive-Thru window and watching a gentleman box donuts without any gloves on. He then proceeded to rub his face with his bare hands and then continue to box donuts ?????? health code violation and just plain nasty!!!!

They should advertise and have billboards up saying "STALEST DONUTS IN TOWN". Not to mention there always out of everything, if there out of something specific you asked for they will just throw another kind that looks similar and make you think you got the right donuts.
