No pickles or mayo in my krystal chicks. Prices are ridiculous. My husbands meal was $14 we can go to a Mexican restaurant for that!

No tap to pay, change the options on the menu when they took my order, and the three things I did order she had to go back and check to see if they had enough of them kind of ridiculous. But didn't America didn't get to eat it anyway they don't let you use tap to pay and I just won't give people my card anymore I will see you krystals

I entered the establishment instead of going through the drive thru because I was going to ask for my food to be made fresh, and I was trying to courteous to the business about the drive through time. I asked for all the food to be made fresh because the last time I ordered from here my food was cold when I got home and I only live 11 minutes away. The lady at the counter was very nice about cooking it fresh but the other two workers scolded. I know that Krystal's take 15 minutes to cook and was prepared to wait, but I ended up waiting for almost double that time just to have my food lukewarm and my order incorrect. I will not be revisiting this establishment and advise everyone else not to either because they obviously do not care about customer service.

Food was cold and didn't taste fresh... And the chili cheese pup tasted like dog food! It had been a long time since I had been to Crystal... It used to be good and cheap! is it me or $2.15 for a cheese crystal a ridiculous price!!!(10 years ago they were 39 cents) I mean I understand inflation but 6 of those things don't have a quarter pound of meat on them, a quarter pound burger is $5. Six of these things cost you $14!!! It will be a long time if ever that I will go back.

I wish I could give zero stars service terrible.. inside dirty..I ordered a sack full with 12 Krystal's witch use to come with two drinks and two fries for 12.99 now it doesn't come with drinks nor fries.and when I added them my bill was 28$ for Krystal's I said give me my card back I will go elsewhere. Another childhood restaurant down the tubes .I will never be back you have lost a long time customer.

My Krystal's were soggy and gross. The Hood rat at the window took a personal call right in front of me like I wasn't even there. The restaurant is just as nasty as the Krystal in Cleveland, Tn. Trust me these are the kind of people you don't want touching your food. This place should be closed down.
