Krystal burgers are my favorite. Especially if they leave on the steamer a few extra minutes and get all nice and soggy. This one didnt disappoint me. Just like I like em... stopped for just a couple and left with a sack full.

I'm not sure what your company has done to this location, but the changes have abysmal results. It appears from an outside perspective as if you obliterated the staff and kept one very good worker but have not supplemented any help except for management who are not helpful nor knowledgeable. I just witnessed a different customer order their Krystals with no onions and when he received them he had to bring them back to the counter, as they had onions. The male manager in a black and yellow shirt told the customer to make sure they weren't just on the edge of the sandwiches and then didn't even apologize to the gentleman customer when he was shown the presence of said onions. I have never seen such blatant disregard for customer service, and will no longer contribute my hard earned money to this establishment. Plus, they are very clearly trying to fudge their drive thru numbers by having every single drive thru customer pull forward past the window, resulting in even longer wait times, even more exhausted employees, and dissatisfied patrons. Mismanagement has ruined this location.

It had been a while since I had Krystal and there was a bit of nostalgia that had me roll the dice and try it today. The service was very friendly, however the prices are high compared to what you get. Part of my order was left out, and this is after they had me pull into a spot to wait for my food. The food was alright, not warm, not great, but it was…. Food.

Ordered 2 chik with cheese and it took 25min to get my order. Manager did apologize for the long wait, she did put a lil extra in bag, which I do appreciate, but when I got back to work, I had 2 spicy chik sandwich and I dont eat spicy food. I gave to my coworker cause I didn't wanna go back and wait the long. I sent the company an review on their website and asked to respond back....still no answer. I will not stop at this location again.

August 2025 Re-review Things have definitely improved. The crew is on it and everything is fresh and delicious during lunch and breakfast. They're back on it.
No pickles or mayo in my krystal chicks. Prices are ridiculous. My husbands meal was $14 we can go to a Mexican restaurant for that!

No tap to pay, change the options on the menu when they took my order, and the three things I did order she had to go back and check to see if they had enough of them kind of ridiculous. But didn't America didn't get to eat it anyway they don't let you use tap to pay and I just won't give people my card anymore I will see you krystals
