With Krystal’s you get : False advertising. Not honoring coupons within their own app. Nasty, cold, trash food given to me in a ripped bag. They denied my requested refund ( but wanted the food back without issuing a refund).Worker Alesha and her manager would rather argue at the customer, ignore them and act a fool than just honor a coupon or request for a refund. If a customer decides not to take the trash you hand them, the customer has the right to a refund. Just like the prices keep rising for your mediocre food, the intelligence level with your workers keeps dropping. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a restaurant setting.*** ADDED INFORMATION AFTER SPEAKING TO CORPORATE & DISTRICT MANAGER *** I spoke with SPV Hospitality @ (346)440-0772. These two local Krystal’s are a franchise and are responsible for refunding customers. The local Krystal wants to put the blame on Corporate. They forwarded all my information to the Krystal’s district manager and he was to have called me with a resolution. I called corporate( SPV Hospitality again today 3-11-25),to inform them no one ever called me from this West Walnut Avenue location of Krystal’s. I finally received a call back from the district manager but he just called me to be a jerk and argue. I again called the corporate office and relayed the conversation. I am now waiting on the owner to contact me.I will update this review if the complaint was ever handled . ****Added second update: After I contacted the corporate office about the district manager, corporate contacted the owner and my money was finally refunded.

Great employees I come here ALOT when I go on break and get lunch foods good love the loaded bacon cheese and ranch fries managers are eh seem really negative and in a bad mood we'll the ones I met. Love the servers and maybe 1or 2 of the managers. Never been disappointed with this Krystal and the people here. My favorites are Stacey and Kassey These two are great

Dear Baby Jesus this place needs to be taught that a FAMILY size tater tots does not consist of a whole a$$ 20 tater tots! I just spent over $50.00 for the 24 Krystal's, family size tater tots, and a half of a gallon of tea, with a chocolate shake and two apple pies! The chocolate shake wasn't delivered, a whole 20 tots, cold, cold Krystal's! Uber Eats delivered it. SMH at Krystal's and Uber! We got a whole 4 tots a piece. ? No shake, the apple pies are here. Haven't tried those yet. God help me!

I honestly love Krystal’s and everything about but when I get my food and it’s completely disgusting the workers don’t care AT ALL. I’ve been to this exact one multiple times and I’ve tried and tried again and not 1 single time have I ever received good food. I always receive good service but the workers do not care about the food they’re cooking at all it’s sad because Krystals is delicious, and I just wish they get taken over by new managers or something cause that place sucks because of the workers. PS no other fast food in the city of Dalton is this bad .

Place was clean employees were friendly. However the biscuit and gravy I paid 3 bucks for was underwhelming. It looked like they didn't finish making the gravy and poured some whitish colored water on it. It was soggy and gross looking. Tasted like a soggy biscuit. If they'd done better on this Ida given 5 stars.

I don’t think it’s Southern hospitality for you to call my phone number at 6: AM , upset and defensive over my complaint. When I wanted to know why you were calling me at 6AM, you stated this was your “down time”. You were the problem manager . I complained about your rude attitude on my receipt and you call me at 6am to continue your emotional crisis. I can guarantee you plenty of downtime if you call my phone number again.
