I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the customer service I received when placing a phone order at the Glenwood Ave location.
I called to order one custom pepperoni pizza with no sauce and jalapeños on only half of the pizza. Before I was given a chance to fully explain my order, the employee rushed through the process and placed the order prematurely. When I attempted to clarify that I wanted jalapeños on one side only, the employee responded rudely, stating, “You should’ve told me you wanted jalapeños on one side only. I already placed your order and now I’m going to have to tell the cooks to only add jalapeño to one side and re-ring your order.”
Her tone was dismissive and disrespectful, as if correcting the order was an unreasonable inconvenience. I was shocked by the reaction, especially since I had not been given an opportunity to finish explaining my order before it was rung up. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily hostile, and I was treated as though I had done something wrong.
When I arrived to pick up my pizza, I still tried to be polite and said “thank you” to who I believe was the same employee, only to be ignored as she walked away without acknowledging me.
This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I understand mistakes and bad days happen, but there was no excuse for poor behavior and tone. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that staff are reminded of the importance of patience, respect, and basic courtesy when interacting with customers.

Horrible workersin Dalton Ga.. they smile and laugh when they dump hundreds of pizzas in the trash.. instead of giving them to people that are hungry.. and need food. Personally I wouldn't even work for a company that did that. Its wasteful and unnecessary.. God is infinite and where were you when I was hungry. May they be given double as was done. They need to understand starving..

The place is hidden!! No sign on the street very difficult to be found even with the GPS. If another store is near I would have quit looking for this one.

Ordered online and used portal to pick up. Get home and one pizza has been made for a while. What little cheese that’s on it is dried up. The Italian cheese bread was over cooked and the cheese is so crispy it doesn’t even taste like cheese. If I didn’t live across town, they would have gone back immediately.

What’s the point of drive through if you have to get off now to get your pizza . Please put a sign at least for people who have a hard time getting off their cars with disabilities or with kids . And to end it off they have me the wrong pizzas

Ordered crazy bread and as I bit into one of them I got an insanely long hair that I I had to fish out of my mouth. The store was messy and boxes and drinks were sprawled all over the place, not to mention it’s really only young people working here in which I didn’t see anyone really wearing gloves. Most of them were on the their phone.

Picked up a Hot & Ready at the Glenwood Avenue location today. I paid and young lady handed me my receipt, turned around and walked off......never said thank you. Got home and my pizza was burned! Last time going to this location.
We stopped by to grab something on the way home. The cheese bread was over cooked and they forgot the marinara sauce after saying they put it with the cheese bread smh. Terrible.

I Bought a pepperoni extra cheese $10 and the supreme Pizza Xtra cheese for $12 yet they charged me $6 for Xtra cheese on the supreme Pizza. So a $12 pizza cost me $18 wow

Waited almost an hour on 1 pizza and 1 stuffed crazy bread. Can't count how many people got there order before I did that placed orders after mine while I waited on my online order sad..pizza barley warm by the time it was able to eat at a hospital for my daughter. Just sad is all my pick up was supposed to be at 714 and I got it at 744 order was place around 7 pm
