My husband goes here because the pizza is always tasty and we always get it exactly the way we order it, but today June the 12th 2023 got the worst pizza i ever had, my husband always orders the same thing for me, he ordered the personal combo pizza with pepperoni, jalapenos and well done, what he got was a pizza with just cheese and jalapenos, no sauce and no pepperoni, he told them about it and they supposedly fixed it, but when we were at home and took the first bite... guess what... There was no pizza SAUCE again, he called and went to get the correct one but, the pizza wasn't good, the dough was raw, soggy, and very messed up, you can see it in the picture, you can tell right away that the manager is not there because those employees don't know what they're doing, now I'm going to eat something else because if I call again... I know they're not going to do my pizza the right way anyways, what a waste of our money

Tried calling in a pizza as I was in a rush. No one answered I called 5 times and when I came into the lobby to order in person I called again to see if maybe the phone lines where down and no. The phone was ringing and loud enough for everyone to hear and not a single person moved to answer the phone. I understand they had a large order but out of the 12 people working not one could answer? When I told the girl taking my order all she said was “ oh yeah it’s cause we have a lot of orders”
