I love their pizza, good prices, but had a horrible experience with the customer service. I had a group of people over for lunch and ordered delivery. 30 minutes after it was supposed to arrive I called to see where it was. I was told that they did not have a delivery driver available. When I asked why they didn’t call to inform me of that they said they called the number on my account and didn’t get through. My wife answered the phone and they hung up. When I asked why they didn’t call again they said they were waiting on me to call. Then they got my order wrong so I called back. Never really apologized, made excuses and only offered to put a free pizza on my account (but that was the pizza I already paid for).

Only did 1 star because they made me. You can't use a coupon when ordering online. They store will not grant the coupon because of the app... "call tech support" Refunded delivery fee because "we are waiting for driver to get back"... then only gave back delivery fee, not the tip. This is the second time. AND the pizza was cold... Never again.

This location of Marcos is one of the worst I or anyone that I know has ever been too. The employees consistently are wrong in their demeanor and are completely ignorant. They shut down the fast food chain early multiple times a week I have put in more orders than I can count at 9:30 or 10 just to get there for them to tell me they can not make my order. This is completely ridiculous if someone has a job it is that persons job to completely see through to the end the obligations that were placed on that worker. This is a completely dishonest and disrespectful place that I had ever had the pleasure of taking my money. When a job is assigned that job needs to be completed.

I love Marco's and have never had any problems ordering from their website however this last time the had a coupon that included cheesy bread. The website was not showing any bread sides at all so I couldn't use the coupon. I tried to tell the girl at the counter but she just blew it off. Not sure if it's been fixed since then or if it was just a glitch.

I ordered online and received a notification that my order was ready for pickup at 7:25pm so I arrive and ended up having to wait until after 8pm because they had not even started making the order. The employees are unorganized and where in no hurry to help the customers. Side note: there wasn’t but three of us-all waiting well past our pickup times

I literally just drove thirty mins for Marco’s. My husband and I got a large cheese pizza for my kids. We got home to discover the pizza was in the box, upside down. We asked for light cheese true enough. I didn’t think when we opened the box it would look like this. Well we called back to let them know what happened. The lady on the phone advised my husband. “She couldn’t give me a replacement for a free pizza on a credit”. She offered me 30% off my next order. The lady who took the order is Alexis. I’m not sure if she is who we spoke to or not. I used to get Marco’s weekly but haven’t in a minute. I’m very disappointed that someone would serve a pizza that looks like this. It’s parts with no cheese at all on it just bubbles bread and cooked sauce.

I don't know if the 2 people working here needed help or what the problem was. We came to eat in even though it appeared that the majority of their business is carry out. They were busy. Pizza did not taste good and it wasn't hot. I would rather eat cold pizza the next day, for breakfast, not at dinner. Just felt like they needed some leadership in that place. Server forgot plates and utensils probably because everyone one else was carrying out. Where's the owner when their needed?

I've given this place multiple tries. Their food is overly greasy, they never have a delivery driver available even tho it's an option for ordering online, and the order is almost always wrong but the biggest issue? The workers are rude consistently. Every time I've gotten a call that no driver is available there is never an apology, just a rude statement of facts and they almost seem upset if you say you'll come pick it up. Then they're rude at the store in person. Given their exorbitant prices it makes this place the last option for pizza for me.

Its been a few weeks with bad service recently. Having orders backed up for no reason in particular and receiving the wrong food. The pizza is good but when you order two only to get one is kind of boring.
