Absolutely horrible, they were rude at the window. We parked to eat and they forgot the fries so I went back in and all of them were standing around talking and looking at me without coming to the register. One finally did and rolled her eyes when I told them fries were missing. All were teenagers and I work in restaurant industry and that was just terrible. Maybe get better staff and google reviews wouldn’t be as bad.

This Mc is awesome! I frequently dine in here. I can tell the manager Miss Lumpkin and her team always deliver excellence! Timely fresh burgers with a smile also the place is always clean and full of light and nice music. Definitely my favorite place to eat and chill after a long day of work since I move to Dalton, GA. Please offer a raise, give some additional time off and more benefits to Miss Jazzmyn because her team is doing a terrific job! The other fast food places should learn from this. Well done Mc Donald's! I'm loving it! Will come here frequently. Happy happy and satisfied!!!😊😊😊😊

seems like teens only work there who do not care about customers . Just trying to “get a bag”. I ordered through door dash because my child is sick and I didn’t want to get her out . I ordered a 6 piece McNugget for her , a burger and a 20 piece that was SUPPOSE to come with 3 sauces . I did not get any sauce . I had to re order my sauces on door dash which costed me about $8 . tried calling but the phone is working ? so I’m left paying $8 for sauce because the employees can’t ever get an order right and just make sure everything is in the bag . this was not a door dashes issue this was a McDonald’s issue and I will not be back to this location . so many bad reviews. Do better .

Last night I got off work at 11 craving a frappe. I waited in line for 20 minutes with my code ready only to be told my code had already been used. What???? Then the guy proceeded to tell me they're not serving frappes now, yeah after I've waited 20 minutes for NOTHING!!! The wait is always long but I don't need attitude after I don't even get what I came for after waiting so long. Hire more people or train better or something.

Really disappointed for the 3rd time in a row and I will never go back to this restaurant location. It's extremely hard to order if you do not speak Spanish because they can't understand you. The owner is extremely aggressive towards anyone that has the slightest complaint or is just simply struggling with their wrong order. I legit left with half the food I actually paid for, for the last time here. Your order will never be correct and the food is always cold, save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere!!
