I have never heard a crew use the language these kids did tonight. The so called manager in charge didn't care let them cuss laugh and play food was horrible dining room was nasty look at your cameras for 8 pm on 12/10/2025 this restaurant should be ashamed to call it's self McDonald's If I was the owner I really hate to say this but people would be loosing their jobs I have been in Management for 15 plus and never even in manufacturing could i allow this Shame

This McDonald’s is a joke. Orders are always messed up, food cold or thrown together, wait time of you do a pick up order is ridiculous. Unprofessional staff. Who manages this place? It’s an absolute disaster. Why would food be cold when you wait forever for it ??

I went to get a Grinch meal on my lunch break. When I got back to work I didn’t have any pickle salt or a bag to shake my fries. I’m so upset. The pickles salt is the reason I wanted this meal. I fell cheated

I try not to leave bad reviews, but this location has forgot to give me straws for my drinks multiple times. Also every time I go I ask for the same thing and it seems to be messed up most of the time. One of my burgers was completely different than what I asked for today. Seems like they just throw stuff in a bag and call it a day.

Seems like that there’s a bunch of teenagers that work there that don’t care about getting good customer service helping people being friendly literally every time that I go there I’ll say thanks have a great day and they slammed the window on me. They’re just incredibly rude and I won’t be back.

how do you forget to give napkins and ketchup when we asked for ketchup?
the workers at this restaurant barely speak English and my order is almost ALWAYS wrong. I get the same thing every time. The $5 spicy mcchicken meal (plain), but it’s never plain. I even ask multiple times if it’s not on the board. I went today and ordered, but I stopped in a spot to check. Of course, my sandwich wasn’t plain; so I went in. They told me that it was my fault, even though it says it on the receipt! They didn’t make me a new one or anything. This place sucks now. (btw im allergic to mayonnaise)

Who ever is the manager in the afternoon needs to get fired! Rude as hell for no reason! Went through the drive thru and while taking my order the little girl on the intercom would not let me finish my order before asking me anything else. Yall need better workers. The fact that they are getting paid to be rude is astonishing. I did not even bother to finish my order after I told her “ well can I finish my order first?” And left.

about as mediocre as a fast food restaurant can get. i recommend dining in rather than ordering takeout or delivery, my experiences with takeout have been 50/50 and my experiences with delivery have only ever been negative. food always comes cold, they never ever ever give us sauce, and if it being cold isn't bad enough, it's very often stale.
