Really disappointed for the 3rd time in a row and I will never go back to this restaurant location. It's extremely hard to order if you do not speak Spanish because they can't understand you. The owner is extremely aggressive towards anyone that has the slightest complaint or is just simply struggling with their wrong order. I legit left with half the food I actually paid for, for the last time here. Your order will never be correct and the food is always cold, save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere!!

The guy at the register seemed very rushed when I was ordering. I got to the window and paid. Got to the second window and waiting for my food. Yet the girl was nice though and asked me to wait. I haven’t been the McDonalds in a while. But I had to wait in a parking space. The time was fine. The fries and food was a tad cold, but it was fine. I took the sandwiches out because I got 2 number 1 BigMac meals. I found that a patty, cheese, and Mac sauce was missing from my sandwich..

I'm certain that this particular McDonald's is by far the worst! I ordered on the app so I wouldn't have to deal with their rude service. They were busy so I don't understand why the fries were cold. They were so disgusting and were old. I hate them so bad! They need new management and crew! Throw the whole staff away and get a new one! Whoever owns it should be embarrassed to allow their business to accumulate negative reviews! Ray Croc would never!!

I work as a food delivery driver for various companies. Recently, when I requested to fill my own cup at a store, the manager refused. This is the only store where I have faced such an issue. At the other McDonald's locations I deliver to, which amounts to about 15 stores across Tennessee and Georgia, I have never encountered any problem. They have always been accommodating and allowed me to fill my cup, understanding that it doesn't cost them anything and that I am helping to deliver their food. However, this particular store manager outright refused, claiming they were unable to allow it, which I believe was not true. As a result, I have decided to stop delivering food from this particular location.
