I usually have no problems with orders in the drive through. I just went through and was given the wrong order. I tried to call and no answer. I will keep trying to call. This is a good location. Usually no issues.

They kept giving me the wrong items I had ordered but the food was excellent here so it was probably worth the mix up and they did refund me back my amount for the hamburgers they charged me and the pies

This is my second review of this McDonald's I pulled up to the drive-thru and immediately I was told they were open even though the scientist 24 hours and the website says 24 hours and on the front door it says 24 hours as soon as I said I had a doordash order they told me to pull to the second window and made the order. Why does the signs and the websites all say the store is 24 hours the rest of them are open but this one is never open at certain times like at 4:00 a.m. I just would like for maybe the management of someone to say this review and take care of the problem.

This is the worst mcdonalds in dalton. Avoid at all cost. Coffee is always burnt and bitter, the drive through line always takes 20 minutes, the people that work there take absolutely zero pride in their work. And this isn't every once in a while. This is every time. So once again hands down worst mcdonalds in dalton. If you want good coffee and good service go to the mcdonalds on Glenwood avenue. They are lightning fast the coffee inst burnt the cashier doesn't ask you what 1000 times and you'll be out of there in under 5 minutes. The management of this store is failing to keep up standards
