A woman who is working now (Monday, March 17th - at 2:28) got part of our order wrong (gave us a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a #4C) and when we went back to get it corrected she took the spicy chicken sandwich out of the bag, added lettuce, and put it in a deluxe chicken sandwich box. We had to go back in and get it switched again.

BLOOD IN MY FOOD - I've tried to call three times and Noone picks up so i guess I'm doing the reviews and I reported it on the website; there was literally blood in my food (not ketchup or anything else I let it dry on it nowhere near the same outcome) this was blood so gross I'm glass I looked down before eating the food

Guy that took my order was good. 2nd window expo took my money and then asked me to pull up when I only ordered sausage biscuits for breakfast. literally 2 items combined that go with every single breakfast item they sell and they asked me to pull up... so i did, only to watch 3 other vehicles receive their food as I sat there like a dumbass. i mean i get it, it's a mcdonalds, but holy shit.....

Over all a quiet day on the inside but busy as usual in the drive threw. Food was hot and fresh fry. Staff was a little slow to get to the counter but timely on getting the food to us. The girl I asked for ranch was very friendly and sweet. Over all great visit. In fact someone actually payed for our food from out of no where. Thank you sr. Who would have known a trip to McDonald's to charge our phone would lead to a good meal and a renewal of my faith. Thanks for not giving us a hard time when we came In with backpacks. Keep up the good work. God is good and he is making moves at our local McDonald's. Thank you.
We live near this establishment, because it is the closest to our house we always try to come here, but it has always been the worst customer service, they never take our order properly and if we complain at the front they take everything This is like a joke because they only laugh and carry out the corresponding order in a bad way, do they hate their job? Why does the owner of this branch hire such rude staff? They always act like I'm crazy and they're right, they're such bad people, I worked at a McDonald's years ago and our training was always excellent, we were never allowed to treat a customer like that, but these kids (just because, the Most of them are children) they only believe they are right and they never serve well, if you have the opportunity never come, there are other branches not so close but you will have better experiences, they do not deserve a good rating

I’ve never had nasty food but dangggg can we get my order right just once ! They charge 5 bucks for an iced coffee that is literally milk and ice the espresso machine never works, it’s frustrating especially when that’s all your end of town !

I recently got a door dash order, the food arrived right on time, after it left the store. But my Dasher was in McDonald's for at least 15 minutes I swear more closer to 20 minutes, when it arrived there was no napkins, not the right sauces, and the food didn't seem cooked all the way. It was only a 20 piece and a basket of fries. And 20 minutes in the restaurant??

This is usually the one I go to, but tonight I wish I hadn't. The fries were old and disgusting. Medium fry barely had fries in the box. I paid for extra sauce on top of the sauce that comes with the nuggets. I didn't get one sauce. Ruined my appetite. Don't understand how somebody can look at a screen, read it, and still get it wrong. The pride McDonald's took in customer satisfaction, died along time ago.

I waited forever to pick up a doordash with no one in line in front of me tonight, and 3 different sets of people in line behind me. The kid that was supposed to be working the cash register sat around and looked at me then said "anybody wanna volunteer to get the people at the front? No? Nobody?" Then sighed with an attitude and reluctantly came to the register.
