Ordered a double quarter pounder meal said no onions still came with onions on it. Also upgraded to a large fry and drink, the amount of fries I got felt like a small fry and not a large. 3rd time I've been here and nothing I've ordered has been made right or was being shorted.

Me and my wife eat here pretty often ( no judgement ) the night shift is absent in all aspects !!!! We either have items missing , or not made right how we order and we take it back and it's still not right . But day shift is a chests kiss . Maybe they should bring day shift to night lol for a few days of training .

Stopped in here last night and ordered some food. Service was okay, they were busy so it's understandable. The problem is the food.. The fries were cold, and soggy. The burger had a weird taste. I won't be eating here again. This review is not a reflection of the employees. They were doing their job, it was really busy, so allowances have to be made.

Walked in for breakfast on 2-21-24 stood at the register waiting on someone to take my order. After about 10 minutes of standing there a group of people got in line behind me and ask the manager at the register who had walked over to fix a customers problem if she was going to take our order. I also ask, she looked at us with a rude remark and told us we could use the kiosk and turned around and walked off. McDonald’s just lost me and my family’s business. I would highly recommend not eating at McDonald’s.

They gave me raw McChicken. My throat is still sore from throwing up, once I realized it. I hope I don't get food poisoning. They've honestly been going downhill for a bit, now. I've come through drive through a couple of times and not been acknowledged and wound up having to go to work without having eaten. Unfortunately, they're about the only thing open on the way to work. After biting into raw chicken this morning, they win. I won't be coming back.

I have always liked stopping here. In the past the workers were nice and understood. I always got a Deluxe Quarter Pound, large fries, and LARGE ice coffee (plain with no sweater, cream, or favorite) and was never up-charged.
It took 3 tries before your worker stopped asking if I wanted hot coffee.
What I got was a 30 cents uncharged Med ice coffee. And a hamburger that looked like it's been tossed around the room.

They don't deliver to the table according to the employees. dining room tables dirty .moved until I found an easy table to clean

Drive thru was so slow. We waited 30 mins just to order. Fries were hot but Big Mac was cold.

Went through the drive thru on October 19th 2024, ordered 2 meals for a total of $14.53. Recieved the two drinks and was told to pull up and wait in the number one curbside pickup spot and they would bring my food right out. This was at 9:30am. Several employees came out and ask me what i ordered, or asked me if i had ordered whatever they had in their hand at the moment. I told three employees and a manager what I ordered. This was over the course of 45 minutes. At 10:15 am I still had not recieved my food and had to be somewhere and did not have time to pursue getting my food. Needless to say I had to leave with no food and out $14.53. On the road I was able to get in contact with someone at corporate, but with no receipt, which i did not recieve, I do not expect anything to come from it. I would like my money back but do not expect it anytime soon, but at least with reviews I can voice my concerns and warn the public about this un managed McDonalds and how the customers are always wrong!
