I waited 20 minutes for a cappuccino while about eight people who came after me were served first. I had to go to the counter and ask about my order, and only then did they make it. Very disappointing.

a minute ago New MANAGER IS HORRIBLE!! Told us not to come back bc we asked how long our order would take after being told it would take 8 min and waited for 30+ min! Manager told us to leave and I called to discuss thing and she just yelled!! Horrible service!! Nothing but bad employees/service! Genuinely nothing good to say about this entire staff or McDonalds!! Would rather eat the gum of the bottom of my shoe!🤢🤢

This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Every single time I come here, I end up having to wait for half an hour before I can even get my order taken. It's almost like nobody works here. I will sit at the drive thru speaker for half an hour with no one else in line, and still can't get my order taken. It's absolutely RIDICULOUS! I was a GM for a fast food restaurant, and this is UNACCEPTABLE.

The workers are very rude, on the night crew and they are SO slow. With the drive through it’s like they take one order per car and forget there’s multiple cars. I’ve worked fast food so understand but it’s also ridiculous.
Came here around 1100. Ordered online. Workers confused. Manager yelling. Took them over 10 mins just to figure out our order. Food was cold. Big Mac had no lettuce or cheese or sauce.

How does this place stay open?! Placed my order at 4am and they said it would be about 10 minutes Took over 35 minutes to get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit they said they had to cook and when I got it, it was cold! Stay away from this place

I don't normally write these kinds reviews for a fast food restaurant but this place was so bad that I felt compelled...
The restaurant was a pig sty. Not one table was clean when we came in and we had to ask someone behind the counter for a rag to clean it. We ordered and waited nearly 30 minutes for our food and when it came out we got no BBQ sauce, it was missing a 10pc nugget, a spicy mcchicken, and both our drink cups. After asking for that, we had to sit and wait another 10 minutes for the 10 pc and, as I type this, I still haven't received my mcchicken.
This is the worst service and cleanliness I've EVER experienced from a McDonalds.
